What is the difference between winter mod and heavy winter mod?

The heavy winter mod is an addon to the winter mod. It makes the landscapes and the roads have a lot more snow on them compared to the normal winter mod.

Look on grime's site for a couple videos on each of them. Also it says that the heavy winter mod "provides snowy/slushy looking roads and a snow covered landscape with less grass".
