Hello, for the first 3 bans, do the moderators have the freedom to reduce the duration of the ban or remove the ban?

Hello @Fritze.!

Bans that were issued correctly will not have their duration reduced nor will the punishment be removed! Therefore, we suggest everyone to drive with care, attention and safety, following all the rules to avoid future inconveniences / punishments!

If you don't agree with the punishment, create an appeal! If you still do not agree or if you feel that your appeal has not been handled correctly, please feel free to create a feedback ticket for Game Moderation Management. Always remember to follow these rules below before opening this type of feedback.

Hi @Fritze., so for the first 3 bans that you receive they are all to the moderators discretion, one of them being ban length. This is most likely influenced by the degree of the disruption you or others caused and how many rules you broke. Due to ISP we don't have access to information about Game Moderators being able to remove the bans completely unless it was a Ban by mistake which would be marked with @BANBYMISTAKE. But moderators defiantly have the choice to reduce and increase the length of the ban depending on if you submit counter evidence in an appeal. Or if your punishment history requires an increase in length.

Your fourth ban would normally be increase to a month and then the fifth ban will be permanent unless it is under very specific circumstances. Please also remember that this is in terms of Active bans which you can see by looking at the top of your profile on the TMP website. Bans that were outdated over a year ago don't have an effect on ban length.

Hope this helps!!
