Hello @trevorcharb,

Thank you for using our forum for any queries you may have. 
We are sorry to hear that you are having this problem, so please follow the solution down below in order to solve the problem: 

-Restart your the router/modem & PC and try logging in. 

- If that does not work, please try going to "This PC" and copy/paste this path C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache & C:\Windows\Temp\WebCache (if available).

-Delete all files from both folders.

-Launch the launcher as administrator and try again

Good evening,

 

I would also recommend for you to try deleting the ETS2MP/ATSMP folder as well. It will reset all of the launcher settings. 

 

Failing that, you can also press F1 on the launcher to reinstall updates (if it gives you the chance to before the error appears).
