game crashing randomly

Hello, I've been having this problem for some time and tried to fix it on my own but I had no luck so I'm writing here in hopes someone has encountered the same problem. So the deal is the game keeps crashing randomly and I can't pinpoint the reason so I can't replicate it on demand. I will include the game log from ETS folder and the last crash log from ETSMP folder I hope that helps in resolving the issue.

Hello! Here is a possible solution to your problem:

 

In the game log, it shows that you might have some missing files for the game. I suggest reinstalling TruckersMP, and if that doesn't work, reinstall ETS2.

 

Best of luck fixing the problem, this is all i know on how to fix a problem like this.

Hi @SpaceMidget,

 

Try following:

 

1. Right click ETS 2 in steam

2. Select 'Launch with OpenGL'

3. Let the game run and try going into game.

4. Exit the game and go back to steam, right click ETS 2 again but this time select 'Launch with DirectX (64-Bit)

5. Again go into game and then exit.

6. Start TruckersMP up and see if the game stops crashing

 

If your issue persists, try this:

1.      Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

2.      Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)

3.      Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

4.      Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

5.      Go to the TruckersMP website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/

The solutions did not help , the game still crashes here is the last crash from ets2mp folder last_crash.log  and the game log from ets foldergame.log.txt. the problem happens on multiplayer as well as on singleplayer . I'm on the verge of trying to trying to clean reinstall windows honesly.
