Hello dear truckers! This guide shows how to adjust mouse steering in Euro Truck Simulator 2. If you're ready, let's start. First of all open the game. Right after that press "Options" which is shown with red in the photo down below. Press "Controls" from the options tab. Press the "Keyboard only" text at the top. Then press the "Keyboard + Mouse Steering" option. Mouse steering is enabled at this stage. For a better experience, you can adjust the sensitivity of the steering wheel with the "Steering sensitivity" option shown in the photo below. Choose the best sensitivity according to your driving style. Note: This guide is the English version of my guide. See you on the roads, stay healthy! Kind regards, Kamyoncu Lütfü Bey
Can I? I don't want to risk getting banned since I just got the game. I did play this game on my brother's account so I have experience with TruckersMP (a lil' bit), but I really don't want to get banned. Can I use it? If you wanna check what mod I wanna use: https://forum.scssoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=192045 .
I've been playing my account for American Truck Sim (MP) a while with my steering wheel and pedals connected as always, and for some reason i log on and it's failing to find my steering wheel buttons. Turning left and right, and my pedals are fine, even the engine start on my steering wheel is fine, but when i look in the keybinds settings, it shows the rest as 'missing'. I tested and created another profile, and all the keybinds were found and it all works fine, until i switch back to my main profile, so it's obviously bugged out on my main profile. But i really can't and don't want to start from fresh again. If you could show me how, or fix this, that would be much appreciated I love streaming your game. ~ Rawrr Tigerr
Mod Version: Current release: 0.1.5 R3 Controllers Used: Keyboard and Mouse (Gigabyte M8900, generic Dell keyboard) Description of Issue:I activate cruise control by pressing the right mouse button. The problem used to be that if you held the 'D' key to turn, and hit the cruise control at the same time, your truck may veer off the right with the player unable to control the steering wheel until after a moment of 'dead steering wheel'. After this issue occurs cruise control cannot be used for quite a while. This issue has occurred more than once throughout the last couple of patches (Since December, 2014) As of 12:04AM 07-04-15, activating cruise control does not allow you to steer at all. In order to steer you have to deactivate the cruise control first. This happens both stationary and in motion. How to reproduce: Occurs randomly from time to time. Using Mouse buttons as the Cruise control may be part of the issue Screenshots / Videos: I will try to gain a video
