  3. Suggestion Name: VTC Page Improvements

    Suggestion Description:

There's a few, so I will put them into key points

    • Introduce logs for members - Currently there are no logs, making it very difficult to find out what members have left and/or been removed, currently we have to either go through the applications portal, which was a pain, but it worked, or now go through each invite link manually, which is a pain
    • Showcase what members have been active on TruckersMP in the last month - Does what it says on the tin, the capability is there to track this, as it shows a number of active members, but that is useless Information to VTCs, as we don't know who it is who has not been active, making it harder to meet requirement activities
    • In game commands to highlight number of VTC players online, and what players are online - Again, self explanatory, something such as /vtc-members and/or /vtc-players, similar to the /search-name or /search-tag, again allowing us to see what members are currently online
    • Better integration capabilities with DriversHubs - We are in the process of creating our own DriversHub and we have noticed there is no integration at all with TruckersMP that we can do that is meaningful. For example being able to link TruckersMP accounts to DriversHubs, so we can keep track of which driver is which, as not everyone uses the same name on every platform - most hubs operate by logging in with Steam, as this is a requirement for TruckersMP, this is something that in theory is feasible (I'm not a developer, I just employ a man to do it for me, he'd know :KEKW:). As well it is not a good experience for new applications or staff teams to accept an application on one system, to then make them apply or sign up via a link to TruckersMP, some form of API integration to allow people to be automatically added when they supply their account details onto the DriversHub, making it a seamless experience for all involved.
    • The ability to set a "Default Tag" for VTC members to use, with the option to make it editable, this is something that again will improve the process for drivers and staff, and also could be beneficial for newer players too to be directed to this button, the option could be selected in the tab menu

    Any example images: N/A

    Why should it be added?:

These suggestions will enhance the user experience for those in VTCs. From streamlining the application process to improving the workflow of staff teams. It will overall give a positive improvement on the TruckersMP VTC programme, which currently for some VTCs is more of a secondary system, with little relevance to their own systems. Better integration and more useful features will make the system better and more popular for everyone.

  5. Suggestion Name: Vans for TruckersMP

Suggestion Description: A van for TruckersMP that can be used by players and admins, with skinning options.

    Any example images: N/A

Why should it be added?: We have cars in TruckersMP, which arent that useful, vans on the other hand are useful, they are more likely to be used as a pilot tool and then the police can use them too. It will give diversity to the roads, and don’t just dismiss it by say its Euro TRUCK Simulator, you have to remember we have cars, and in my option vans make more sense to have over cars. Now with special transport they added a van model, so its not like it is impossible to make.

  6. Recently TruckersMP released the map of where doubles can and can’t go, and in my opinion (and a few others) think it was done poorly, not taking into account of where is busy and where is not, for example Mannheim, Groningen, Amsterdam etc arent too busy yet in the exclusion zone, yet calais, paris are busy and not in it. I did a rough drawing on the map just to show a better exclusion zone.

^ Yeah but as @Nameless Ghoul mentioned, there's an elephant in the room:

+ The game includes only proper truck physics, so adapting the car turned out to be quite tricky (that's why it's brakes are horrible, it weights so much, it has probably over 10 000hp and it tends to flip over so easily)  - In other words: Even if its great idea (gives a bit more diversity), adding vehicles to MP is not that simple.

Well at least it clears that idea up

  8. Suggestion Name: Vans
Suggestion Description:Police vans and public vans

    Any example images: Nope

Why should it be added?: The cars were added as police cars and public cars, well my idea I'd have a van that does the same thing and if possible a speed trap device so the admin using could pull over and catch people speeding and they have to pay fines.
