Hello. As some changes within the latest updates , you can not use modded trailers. ( modded with tires). You can use the other modded trailers such as 50 tons , 125 tons etc.

You need to download the mods and move them to My documents > Ets2 > Mods . After that you need to go into singleplayer and activate them on mod screen. Then you can use it on singleplayer and get back to multiplayer.
