Still shouldn't be a rule, because by the time it's reported, report gets noticed, admin gets there, it'll just be a waste of an admins time. Yes, people record and take pictures, but 1) a screenshot can be photoshopped. 2) it is pretty petty to report for a minor road traffic act that has been broken.

I think it should be a rule. If it isn't an official rule then no one should get kicked for driving through red, even if an admin sees it.
I think everyone knows what will happen if everyone ignores the red light. People will just drive into eachother and won't even slow down when they are getting close to a crossroad. It might still cause crashes but at least people will know they might get kicked or even banned from doing so.
