Yes naturally, but they didn't create a report but a discussion topic so this is the little difference. With this topic can the development staff see properly what the problem is. (+ i uploaded a video)

But the answer for You're questions is this:
Quote§2.11 - How bans are issued
The first 3 bans issued are at Game Moderator discretion.
The 4th ban is 1 month.
The 5th ban is 3 months.
The 6th ban is permanent with no chance of undo. Any bans further than 12 months before the current ban are ignored under this rule. This is considered the cooling off period.
If you have at least two history bans of the same length in your ban history, Game Moderators may extend your ban to the next ban history length, regardless of how many bans you have had in the last year. For example, if you have already had two 1-month bans, your next ban can be extended to 3 months. If you have two 3-month bans, your ban can be extended to perm. Note that bans that are extended due to it being your 4th, 5th or 6th ban cannot be removed, they are strictly 1 month, 3 months and permanent.
Also, when You registered You're account on TruckersMP - you accepted the rules, right ?

Siemanko! Dziś wam wytłumaczę w kilku krokach jak zmienić swoje zdjęcie profilowe w grze. Może nie każdy o tym wiedział, a nie którym poradnik się może przydać.
Krop pierwszy: Upewnij się ze masz zarejestrowane konto na www.WorldOfTrucks.com a zarejestrowane konto jest dodane w grze i są one połączone. (Sprawdź tu: [KLIKNIJ TU])
Krok drugi: Jeżeli już jesteś na stronie World of Trucks - przejdź pod następującą stronę [CLICK] i znajdź "Change profile picture" czyli zmień zdjęcie profilowe.
Krok trzeci: Znajdź przycisk za pomocą którego możesz znaleźć swój awatar który byś chciał mieć w grze. Wgraj go na serwer, przytnij i zapisz.

Hello, today i will show You how change the avatar in-game. Maybe not everyone knows that You can change the profile picture to You own picture.
Step one: be sure that You have a registered account on www.WorldOfTrucks.com and the registered account is added in game and they are connected. (Check it here: [CLICK])
Step two: Seems You on the website of World of Trucks - go to the this website: [CLICK] and find "Change profile picture"
Step three: Click on the button which You can browse You're PC and find the picture that You want in-game. Upload it, cut it and save.
Step four: Run the game and this is the effect:

Dziwne stwierdzenie. Angielski jest językiem który jest używany globalnie na całym świecie aby moc się komunikować, to samo tyczy się to tutaj w społeczności TruckersMP.
TruckersMP jest globalna platforma - znana na całym "świecie" wiec ciężko żeby głównym językiem był Grecki dla przykładu. Wiadomo ze nie każdy zna angielski no ale to już Cie zwalnia z możliwości dołączenia do teamu.
Z drugiej strony myślę ze gdybyś znal angielski to byś tak tez nie pomyślał.

Nie wiem co napisałeś w podaniu ale mogę wywnioskować z tego ze chodzi o:
- Jeżeli nie masz doświadczenia oraz nigdy nie byleś w TruckersMP to nie mogą Cie przyjąć.
- Jeżeli masz doświadczenie nabyte ale nigdy nie byleś w TruckersMP to w miarę pewnie da rade.

So sorry, i give You the bad name of the software. I can't find the name of the software that changes the keys on the keyboard. If i found it i will send You or try self to find a software that will change it.
