In settings section, there is so many things that you can make the game more realistic and cozy. Suspension tension is one of them and i make them always soft, it bounces my cabin anyways Other thing that i enjoy the game is hidden roads. I mean if you doesn't goes to Calais & Duisburg there is Alphine Mountain. The road is very zigzaggy

There may be a problem with the new update or a problem with your computer's RAM usage. Reflection details in multiplayer may not be loaded due to too many trucks around. Try medium graphics instead of Ultra settings, if you still have the same problem try it in offline mode.There may be optimization problems
