I had same problem with no jobs, i fixed it by playing single player until i made level 1 and put a point on long distances, then i go to multiplayer, and the jobs are here. If you still don't get jobs, get a loan from bank of 100.000$ and buy a truck, when you have no jobs, try to sleep (even if it no work, it will reset your jobs)

Actually now it's fixed, after trying for more than 100 times, now works every time. But now i have another problem, after i completed one quick job that i has from the single player, when i search for quick jobs, there is not even one. The quick job list is empty.

I checked and my ets2 version is 1.18.1.3s, i downloaded the 0.1.8.2 alpha client for ets2mp and when i try to launch it, it gives me this error:
