It looks like that here are issues with the ATS US Server. I don´t know how long the server will be offline, but it´s being worked on.

you possibly have a DLC which isn´t checked.
As TruckersMP have to get access to your Steam Account, you need to turn your profile to public.
If you have done that and your games are shown, you can try again.

here is a small excerpt of our rules:
§3.2 Trailer modding
It is permitted to save edit and mix normal trailers (normal short trailer) as long as their hitbox is not extended significantly and taillights are still visible, wheels cannot be changed either as it affects trailer stability. It's not allowed to save edit other trailers combinations, exception made for paint jobs and registration plates, which are permitted.
There is nothing about removing the load. As long as the hitbox won´t get changed and the taillights are visible, everything is fine.
