Press no and try again that helped me out. Are you sure that you have 1.17 as the game version and youre logged in at steam?

I have had the same problem the server should wait a time if my ping goes to high before it kicks out. Sometimes the ping is maybe over the avg. but then it comes back to normal. And my internet Speed is (Down/Up) 15/0.9 MB/s and mostly the ping is on eu servers 56-70ms.
