I think they will not implement this because, the cars are licensed and when they use real brands they can get a law suit (Truckersmp) and Implementing it will take more space

If a Player is Offline and he would Normally get Kicked, he could get a warning, that would make sense.

That is a problem.

You can only issue kicks if the reported player is currently in the game. However, if the player is offline, they can receive a warning. When they rejoin a server, a message will notify them of their warning, for example: (You have received 1 out of 2 warnings because of [the broken rule]).

Suggestion Description: So, my idea is that when someone breaks a small rule, like colliding with someone else, they should get a warning first. If they break another rule or collide again, they get a second warning. After the second warning, if they mess up again, they get banned. But for really bad stuff like trolling or hacking, there should be an instant ban with no warnings. Why it should be added: This way, people get a second chance, but serious rule-breakers are still dealt with quickly.
