hello, i agree with you, but in some situations it is sometimes better if cars drive faster, in convoys it would be better.
But given the location on C-D Road, it doesn't make sense to increase the speed on the simulation servers for cars.

    First of all, thank you.

I agree with you. However... For example... If the idea of increasing the speed to 130 km/h for cars is accepted, they can travel anywhere and not just for convoys.

Even if the convoys on the C-D road can't to travel if I'm not mistaken🤔

But when a player uses the car on the game and does not have a convoy... he can drive in the same way with speed up to 130 km/h (even on the C-D road) and it is very dangerous when there are many players on server simulation 1 (Where most players usually travel).

I think that before deciding whether to accept an idea like this... It is necessary to evaluate pros and cons.

    Hello mother truckers,

I've got an interesting suggestion. Please read below😀

    Suggestion Name:

Speed limit increase on small cars

    Suggestion Description:

Going faster than 110 km/h on small cars

    Why should it be added?:

While I think driving a truck at 110km/h is reasonable. I think it would be a nice buff for small cars to go more than 110 km/h or at least 130 km/h. I feel like it adds to the simulation servers

Looking forward to reading your replies.

    Stay safe,

    AD

    Hello.

I do not agree because it is already a lot that cars on truckersMP reach speeds of 110 km / h.

Also consider that... Cars usually have less stability than trucks and can easily collide with other players creating accidents.

Cars with trailers could perhaps have more stability but cars without trailers (caravans) in my opinion... With strong speed, they have little stability and it is easy to clash with other players.

Since there is the C-D road and many players travel it is very dangerous that cars like skodas can exceed 110 km/h.

Bringing the speed above 110 km/h for cars on highways, it will be the same on the C-D road and is dangerous.

If everything is as intended, your description is correct. But there may be the issue, that you cause damage to other players, if the ghost mode expires, while you are in other players trucks/ trailer and drive forward. While leaving their textures it may happen you push them backwards pretty hard and cause some serious damage.

I know and what you said is correct. But if it happens that I'm in the middle of traffic in ghost mode and there is another player in the same place where I am, I don't move until the player passes by and keeps flashing his truck/trailer.

The player behind stops if my ghost mode is over, otherwise he would collide with my truck.

I've always hated collisions and I've always used caution.

Using autosave to resume the game, you will be in the same place as other players and will go into ghost mode

So how do you create a collision by being in "ghost mode"? 🤔 If you return to the game and stay in traffic with "ghost mode" another player's truck should flash until it moves and returns to normal (Where there is not traffic).

It's been a while since I used autosave and so I don't remember, however, I've never had collision problems for autosave.

  5. Hello.

First of all thank you for taking the time to ask this question.

Usually I never overtake if I'm not on the highway or if I'm not in safe conditions and not to create danger for me and for other players.

I only use overtaking in extreme moments (for example if a player is stationary or has an engine failure).

I like to be behind other players without overtaking.

I don't like to wage war for overtaking accelerating at full speed or create danger of an accident.

  6. Hello.

Which city of your nationality would you like to have in the game?

I sincerely like that there is Rome for Italy (it is the Italian capital) but if it had been more expansive the Italian map with more cities I would have liked it very much.

Thank you for taking the time to answer here.

CD is a scenic route. Until SCS revamps Netherlands & Belgium, the add on team isn't certainly adding this. Why?

    1. More objects to crash into and/or be the source of blocking.
    2. Makes it harder to pull off the road when you have to worry about getting stuck on a pole.
    3. Could affect performance on older systems.

If you want lights, go into a well-lit city.

I have said only my opinion and first of all I do not accept phrases like "if you want lights, go into a well-lit city". Because I can go wherever I want while I play.

Then if you are a player who uses incorrect driving and goes on the light poles is your problem.

    People must ALWAYS DRIVE WELL.

On the C-D road you cannot travel at 110 km/h. Because in that way you only create danger for yourself and other players (WITH OR WITHOUT LIGHT POLES ON THE SIDES OF THE ROAD).

I clearly see no reason for what you wrote. Evidently you did not understand my speech well but it does not matter.

I also see that all the ideas I write are all contrary to me by other players in this forum community.

To be honest, I don't really see a point in this suggestion. If people don't feel safe during nighttime ingame on CD Road, there are many different beautiful roads on the ETS2 map to explore. CD Road isn't a safe place at all, and the poles for the street lights can cause even more chaos because people who can't stay in lane, will easily hit those.

I do not agree with what you wrote because I do not say to have street lights every 10 meters but having more lighting would be more visible in the late night. If it were for the reason you specified (the players who have to stop at the side of the road) there are some points where it is not possible for the guardrail or for the presence of some poles on the sides of the road.

    14 hours ago, Andy1411 said:

I got your point. More light *should* bring more security on the d-c route, but I'd prefere it the way it is now, because I enjoy it pretty much to drive in the darkness. You can see the lights and all the "beaty" of the light effects the players built on their trucks. During daytime thats not possible and if there'd be more light sources, the effect gets reduced.

Safety first. It is not important to see the lights of the headlights or flashing orange that the trucks have but it is more important to see the roadways better and often from a distance it is not noticeable (especially when it rains and it is night).

  9. Hello.

Do you agree to put more street lights on the C-D road?

    Suggestion Name:

Add street lights on the C-D road.

    Suggestion Description:

Traveling on the C-D road in the "simulation 1" server I often see that many players use high beam headlights when it is night and often some points on that road are not clearly visible. It is also often a cause of accidents because you can't see well from a distance. Especially those who drive at night on that road while it's raining. With heavy rain there is sometimes light haze and without lighting on the road it is less visible from afar.

    Any example images: No image.

Why should it be added?: Because the road would be more visible both laterally and entirely with both lanes. It is a very busy road even when it is night in the game.

Do you agree with my idea?

    Thanks.

  10. Hello @Almira xeltz.,

First of all thank you for taking the time to ask this question.

In my opinion it has been a beautiful month. At least I loved and I love driving during construction work on the road. Sometimes traffic and players who do not respect the rules are nerve-wracking 😂 but I could say that I will not be looking forward to knowing how the work will be finished and I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who participated in this event.

  11. Hello truckers!

Would you like it if there was more lighting on the C-D road?

I see that when driving at night on the C-D road, many players often use high beam headlights. In my opinion it would be better to add more street lamps along the road. It would become more visible. What do you think?

Thank you for taking the time to read this topic and thanks for your answer.

  12. Hello @Crush Seven,

First of all thank you for taking the time to ask this question.

I totally agree with you. Driving carefully and helping yourself with the help of rear-view mirrors is the key thing. Without distractions.

Unfortunately, we often have to pay attention to driving trucks for ourselves and also for others who drive badly.

Similar to how it was before. I can't see them going back to issuing permanent bans; as it'd completely go against everything they've said 😕

I understood. But I think that everything has a limit and in my opinion the 5th ban could be permanent. Otherwise people, after the ban period, would always make mistakes and break the rules. What is it for? It does not change anything that a person is banned and then continues to have reckless driving.

A person can also have 8 bans and then he will always come back to play.

  14. Hello @.Andy.,

First of all thank you for taking the time to write this idea.

It's a good idea. But if the chat is open and there wasn't a minimum of darker background under the chat, I think the messages would read badly, especially with white writing. In my opinion it is right that the chat is at least slightly obscured, also to facilitate the reading of messages when the chat is open.

  15. In my opinion if a player drives badly, he will still drive badly even if you ban him for 5 months for example. After 5 months that the time of the ban has ended, he will always drive incorrectly again. For me it would be better that after a certain number of bans, the person should be completely banned permanently.

    For example:

    1st ban: Moderator's choice
    2nd ban: Moderator's choice
    3rd ban: 90 days
    4th ban: 180 days
    5th ban: permanent

    Or

    1st ban: Moderator's choice
    2nd ban: 120 days
    3rd ban: permanent

And those who are permanently banned cannot create new profiles.

I don't think all players with reckless driving have the money to make new accounts and buy the game with the DLC they like.

When somebody sends a message in chat, have their name pulse briefly. The pulsing color can be normal for a normal message and orange for a pm. Just a small idea that can help crowded areas know who's talking.

A secondary idea can also be to show their distance from you, similar to pushing the laggy tab. For PM's, it can show "Too Far Away", or something.

I don't think there's anything interesting to apply this thing. If you write to a player mentioning him in the chat (for example: @1630 and your message) it's the same thing. So in my opinion it would just be useless this idea. I don't find anything interesting.

It appears that my point has not been fully understood. While it is indeed recommended to maintain a fair distance from the player in front of you, my concern lies with those individuals who engage in reckless driving or trolling behavior. These individuals are often new to the game and I have personally encountered many such players. They may suddenly brake from maximum speed to zero, even if ample space has been given behind them, resulting in at least a minor collision. It is my belief that such behavior should be immediately banned without the need for kicking. Have you also encountered such players? I hope that my point is now clear.

Who tries to create a collision in any way there is a ban but first of all my question on this topic is addressed to those who block a road and do not who create collisions. Secondly, I agree with this fact to a certain extent. Because if you are a person who does not keep a safe distance from the vehicle in front of you, it is obvious that when a person brakes (suddenly or slowly) you do not have time to brake and consequently you make a collision. I've never seen players suddenly brake for no reason. Maybe if you see on the navigator that there is a traffic jam of players further ahead, SLOW DOWN AND THEN BRAKE. Don't go 110 km/h and then bump into other players. I see players who, even if they notice a traffic jam, continue to run. Does it seem normal to you? This is imprudence and players like this should be banned, especially even those who do not respect the safety distance because they are often the ones who want to create collisions with others. I hope I have been clear this time.

  18. Hello!

How many rude people did you find in the game? If you want to tell an episode you had.

Once I was in the game. I arrive at a certain point and see that there is a lot of traffic in front of me in the opposite lane. I stop to let some players pass who had to turn to take the highway. A player instead of thanking insults me after he has passed.

I specify that behind me I had no traffic and I only stopped to let a few players pass.

I like to be kind to others and behave politely.

    Thanks for your answers.

    Hello ROMANISTA [ITA],

In my opinion, it would be important to

establish a clearer rule regarding road blocking. For instance, if a player blocks a road for 5 minutes, they should be banned. Prior to that, a kick would be sufficient. I have experienced multiple instances where I was insulted by players while still loading into the game, which is frustrating.

    Hello @Macpherson2001,

I agree. Your opinion seems fair and I thank you for taking the time to answer on this topic.
