estuve leyendo tu problema y creo que tengo una solución. A mi también me llego a pasar lo mismo hace 1 mes atrás, lo que hice fue lo siguiente:

 

1- entre a los ajustes del perfil que uso habitualmente para jugar.

2- me di de cuenta que tenia la casilla de STEAM CLOUD desactivada.

3- active la casilla y me salieron todos los guardados que tenia con mi perfil.

 

espero poder ayudarte con este TIP.

Si por casualidad no funciona trata de estar en la versión 1.37  para que funcione.
