Hello,
My route advisor shows the speed in km/h. Here are my settings (scroll to the bottom of "gameplay" in your ETS2 settings)
Regional Settings: Continental Europe
24-hour clock notation: Ticked
Length Units: Kilometres
Weight Units: Kg and Tonnes
Volume: Litres
Not sure if they play a part in the change from mph/kph to km/h but you can try them out for yourself!
Also, wrong sub-forum to post questions about game settings. The place you want is:
Guides > In-Game > Game settings.

With the recent FMOD implementation, perhaps a change will be made to the sound system of the Scout cars? I personally prefer the sound of the TSI over the TDI, so there's that
But so far I've noticed that the engine noises have decreased in volume when one of those cars drives past me, also it might just be me but I feel that in lower rpms, the car sounds different as compared to before.

Hey, just figured out that the horn don't work in cities or populated areas, my horn started working right after I left Duisburg. But thanks for the heads up @Timmy TV

Hey all,
With the recent release of the 1.37 update for TMP, I thought I'd make a little guide on how to upgrade your game for those who might be unaware, it's fairly simple and it only takes a couple clicks.
Steps:
Open up Steam and head over to Library > Right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 > Properties > Betas > Select "public_beta - Public Beta 1.37".
* This is not to be confused with "oculus - Oculus/Vive - 1.37 - (SDK 1.4.0)" *
- Wait for it to finish updating in your library and then open up Euro Truck Simulator 2 via TruckersMP, it should work then!
Hope this thread helps!

Congratulations on the release!

Greetings,
Made this little guide to just remind/inform a method I use to remembering which sides I'm supposed to drive whenever I transition from LHD to RHD countries or vice versa.
The way I remember not to drive in the oncoming directions especially exiting the ramps in the ports is by driving the same direction I came in from prior to the change in countries (For example: If I enter the port from the right side, I'll exit from the right side too)
I know there are signs placed before you exit but more than often not anyone stops to read them first. Like I said, this is just a little method I would like to share with y'all, sorry if this seems confusing!

Greetings,
I would like to suggest the possibility of implementing a SUV into TruckersMP.
Suggestion Name: A SUV of any model to be added into TMP
Suggestion Description: Allowing players to drive a SUV instead of only the Scout/Skoda
Example Images: Volvo XC60 & Skoda Karoq
Why it should be added: I strongly support the idea of having an SUV be implemented as based on a couple of websites I've researched upon, SUVs are the most recommended vehicle to tow a caravan (which TMP has), therefore it gives players an alternative choice if they ever get bored of the Scout/Skoda that's currently in TMP. Plus having an SUV means it's more visible to truck drivers as the height of an SUV is higher than a regular sedan, therefore truck drivers close behind could have a higher visibility of the vehicle in front.
Thank you for taking the time to entertain my suggestion, I look forward to a response!

I missed the event, couldn't show up but it seems like everyone had great fun and enjoyed themselves! Hope I'll be able to make it the next time

I find that the ability to control my windows in my trucks are cool, definitely one feature I'll be using very often.
