  1. Hi there, @Myau91. I'm sorry to hear that you're confused about what you're supposed to do next with the reports that you have filed against violators of the in-game rules. What I would strongly recommend is downloading a recording application, and then upload it to something like YouTube, where you can post the link from YouTube into the report section of the website, which can be viewed here once you log into the website. Once again, I do feel sorry to hear that you're confused about this, and moderators are not exactly available 24/7 to assist with reports, which results in timeouts. I hope this solution helps you, and that you feel that you can drive safely within TruckersMP!
  2. Hello, @Michael Axton. Sorry to hear that you're having these issues with trying to load into TruckersMP. Luckily, I have some handy solutions for you from other threads that I have seen. I. Restart your the router/modem & PC. II. This solution has helped other players recently: Go to "This PC" and copy/paste this path C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache & C:\Windows\Temp\WebCache (if available). Delete all files from both folders. Launch the launcher and try again. III. If it does not help, try this solution: Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.   3. Hi there, @Juric666. You are receiving these kicks because some of the colours and/or trailers that you're using are forbidden and go against the rules outlined on the main website of TruckersMP. Failure to follow the rules will result in numerous kicks by the system. If you're on the simulation servers, you must have your headlights on during the times outlined in the rules otherwise the system will again, kick you. If, at any stage, you do not see any jobs on the market to take from destination to destination, make sure that you reset the economy by sleeping, or going into the console and type "g_reset_economy 1", which will reset the economy for you to pick up cargo to take to a destination. Going through cities/towns will restrict you to 55mph because you wouldn't want to go faster around any city/town in real life, so that's why it is like that. Hope this helps with your question.
  4. Hi, @UnknownL3G4CY, 1. Go to file explorer and open it. 2. Navigate to documents. 3. Go to where it says Euro Truck Simulator 2. 4. Then double click the config file. 5. When it asks open as click notepad. 6. Click CTRL+F. 7.Search up r_mode in the Find What box. 8. It should some sort of resolution in quotes. 9. Highlight it and change it to this: 1920x1080x32x60. (Or whatever your resolution is) 10. Your done!
