      They have 2 options since you can't use the quick travel. So ...

       

      They either drive there or go to Single Player mode and teleport there.

      But as I said before, they can't use quick travel UNLESS they are going back to Scandinavia area or Finland (depend on which type of trailer they are carrying)

       

      But other than that, they are allowed to drive a double trailer in Italy which is not violating any TMP rules.
