Hey,
We do not have the capacity to keep a server open all the time for such a small use case.
We have to regularly review our server usage & activity to ensure that we are not wasting resource on low-activity servers, and not under-assigning resource on our more popular servers. This server would not fit in with our resource at the moment and would drain from other servers.
For most convoys, the quieter Simulation 2 is a great server to choose. It can still be a private convoy if you only advertise it internally. Alternatively you can request a temporary server for a larger event if you wish, as you have mentioned.

Hey,
1 - we have recently built a much larger gas station at the Duisburg end of the road. We are determining the impact this has had on the road and may upgrade the other station later on if we deem necessary.

3 - We recently changed the crossing to trigger less frequently. We will review this over the coming months.
4 - We do not plan on turning the road into a 2-lane highway, this goes against our current vision of the road.

Hey,
I will mark your suggestion as On Hold as SCS have recently announced their intention to make the Duisburg area of the map their next focus point for their Germany Rework.
We will have to wait and see what they do with the area before we commit to any major changes of the area.

Hey,
I am going to accept this suggestion as while this specifically is not planned, the vision in the long term regarding game reports, game demos and evidence is to have a system which will work in a way vaguely similar to how you have described.
We won’t be adding exactly what you have suggested but it makes more sense to accept this rather than reject due to what our vision is in the long-term regarding this subject.

Hey,
We discussed this internally and decided not to proceed based on a lack of upvotes and general interest, and due to the significant level of development work this sort of feature would require vs our predicted demand for it.
It is a good idea - I would recommend you make a suggestion to SCS to more easily allow vehicle sharing (maybe via copy & paste codes).

Hey,
We’d all like client-side only mods to work and be supported but unfortunately as has been mentioned there are a number of other factors to consider.
- If we are to support a specific mod then we need to be sure of its longevity, how fast it is updated etc.
- If we choose to support one mod, as mentioned above we will be asked much more to support others. There are thousands of mods that only change things on your own end.
- Some mods can be sneaky and come across as doing one thing but actually impact other areas of your game too. We wouldn’t be able to screen every mod that players use as there are so many.
While supporting mods like this is something we really hope and aim to do in the future, it is a long-term goal and not something which will be seen anytime soon.
As a result, I will reject this suggestion but please keep the above point in mind.

Hey,
As per James’ comment above, we do not wish to encourage excessive or inappropriate levels of reporting.
Adding such an achievement would encourage higher report levels and lower the Report [Accepted] ratio - neither being something we wish for. Even if the achievement takes your report score into account, this won’t stop people making as many reports as they can in the hope that most will be accepted.
You are welcome to report however many rule violations as you want but bear in mind that we have report limits for specific reasons and do not want to encourage excessive or unnecessary reporting.

The potential for abuse is too high here as people could easily go into photo mode to avoid being kicked.
Note that since this suggestion was made we have changed the AFK kick to be more lenient and it is dynamic based on population, therefore this is less of an issue than at the time it was raised.

Hey,
The motor home is in the pool of AI vehicles we use for Alternating Vehicles, therefore this is the only time when it will be available to use.
We won’t add it as a permanent addition because otherwise we may be expected to do the same for other popular AVs - and the idea behind AVs is exclusivity and limited-time availability.
