Can you make this pics with in-game camera? And how can youtubers like Tony move their camera free around the map?

^ You need to enable spectator mod in ETS2 to fly.
Before you do that, shut down ur game. Go to windows documents, find ETS2 there, find config, open with notepad, go down and find g_developer "0" and g_console "0". Change 0 to 1 in both and save it. 
Then, you can join game and when you press 0 you'll be able to fly. control free camera with numpad numbers and speed with mouse scroll. To get back to your truck press F1 or any other F() button  which changes your camera. 
About teleport in SinglePlayer, you need to go with spectator anywhere and then press F9, so your truck will teleport there. If you've any other questions feel free to ask me ^^
