    Do you use Wi-Fi or Ethernet? If you use Wi-Fi, try to check MP with Ethernet. Maybe this trouble is caused by your Wi-Fi adapter. Also check Windows firewall. It may block MP's connection to Internet. If nothing helps, delete MP launcher and reinstall it.
