Authenticating?

I get in the server queue and it comes up after that saying authenticating at the top right. I have tried other servers but still the same thing. I have also checked to see if I have been banned but have not. What is going on?

Do you use Wi-Fi or Ethernet? If you use Wi-Fi, try to check MP with Ethernet. Maybe this trouble is caused by your Wi-Fi adapter. Also check Windows firewall. It may block MP's connection to Internet. If nothing helps, delete MP launcher and reinstall it.

The server might be having some issues, just wait patiently until you get connected, that may take up some time.

He/she can login to the TMP Service in game so firewall can't block the connection. 

But the idea with the ethernet cable is better, do You have a stable connection? Are you using external DNS? (Google DNS or something else) or maybe proxy?
