Ashley's post in [ANSWERED][GMM] How many GM's are connected during busy server times on a daily basis? was marked as the answer
Hey Sunstrider, thanks for your question!
The number of Game Moderators, and members of Management with Game Moderator privileges, varies on a day-to-day basis. There is no firm average number as to how many are online at any one time, as this changes quite fluidly. We can't offer you an actual statistic on this, sadly!
We're aware of the issues surrounding the reports timing out as you have highlighted, and are working hard behind the scenes to combat this as best we can. Unfortunately, it is quite a sizeable task and will take a fair time to yield a full result. All we can ask you to do is continue to report users as you do, or submit clips via our web report system so our Report Moderators are able to action appropriately.

Ashley's post in A question regarding the ban system was marked as the answer
A full guide on how the ban process works can be found here:
To summarize for you, any ban over 1 year old is ignored when the 4th ban comes in to play - for example, if you get 3 bans in 2 months, but then get banned 18 months later, those bans are ignored in your history and your slate is effectively considered clean, although the record will still stay.
4 bans within a year period will result in a 1 month, then a 3 month, and then permanently, as so written in the news post.

We do not delete any TruckersMP accounts. Once it is permanently banned, that is how it stays.

Ashley's post in Version was marked as the answer
Euro Truck Simulator 2 had an update on 04/26/17. You cannot downgrade your Euro Truck Simulator 2 version to 1.27.1.6s, so unfortunately you'll have to wait for an update from the TruckersMP client.
We do not give timeframes on how long updates will take, but rest assured, we'll support 1.27.1.7 soon.

Ashley's post in Stuck at driving at 55 mph? was marked as the answer
You'll be stuck at 55mp/h (90km/h) if you have not unset the Truck Speedlimiter option in Game Settings.
Alternatively, if you are on a World of Trucks contract, you cannot disable the Speed Limiter.

Ashley's post in Report System on Website was marked as the answer
Hi,
When you write in there ID, just type in the numbers found on the TruckersMP account -
example:
If you're reporting ID 1 (http://truckersmp.com/en_US/user/1) - you just type in 1 - it'll say there is an error, but it'll still submit when you add the report on.

Ashley's post in ATS California cd was marked as the answer
Hello,
You should receive a activation code with the game if you buy on CD. With this code, you can activate the product on steam and then it makes it mod compatible. However, I highly recommend buying through Steam as default.

Ashley's post in Serious oversteering was marked as the answer
Hi, you need to go in to the controller config and run through the setup.
Also, if you use a Logitech, make sure the profiler is open and running and you have the steering degree set.
