  1. Go drive multiplayer without players? That kind of defeats the purpose doesn't it? EU1 is empty mate. It's either everyone driving 150 or nothing. It's a trucksim so focus should be on simming. And driving 150 in a truck has nothing to do with a simulator. Wich is 50% of the title of this game.
  2. The accidents haven't reduced because 150 is still way too fast. In real life, speed limits have proven to work. It's not rocket science. When going 150 you have no time to react on other drivers, and the braking distance increases a lot. From 200 to 150 is not much difference. from 150 to 90 is. It's a bit too logical to still keep debating about it.
  3. No i just posted something 6 minutes ago. If i would like an answer from staff do i need to write a feedback ticket? If yes then my question is answered.
  4. Okay so is it safe to say it's okay to break the rules as long as i don't cause an accident? A report about constant music on CB got denied too, also not bannable. Wrong way driving without causing an accident seems to be bannable without causing an accident. It's not really clear. Would be nice to have this confirmation by an experienced game mod or so. Then i can discard some of my reports in the future.
  5. I understand it is a bit of a grey area? I almost got pushed off the road by somebody cutting line. While he was cutting line he was also blocking the other lane because he couldn't get completely between me and the guy in front of me. He did it a couple of times, one time over the grass. So i recorded it and made a report with 2 videos. The report was denied because it was not a bannable offence. That's why i like to know because making these reports is a lot of work. I think it's for the better that people know what they can do and what they can't. If you say that cutting lines and driving over the grass is not bannable then everyone will do it because they know there is no penalty. People keep driving like this if there is no consequence.
  6. - Overtaking at C-D road - Overtaking during traffic jam on C-D and cutting line. - Overtaking during traffic jam on C-D over the grass and cutting line. Are these not bannable offences? If not what is considered bannable? Only accidents?
  7. I don't even like driving with 750bhp. Feels like driving a fast car. I like to hear that engine revving and having to work to get the job done. Also when you shift manually 750bhp is not fun. You can skip all the gears then and use 3 gears to get up to 80km/h. With a 20 tonne load.
  8. People like to come together because its multiplayer. So i think it's okay that C-D is so busy. But i think the number of game moderators has to be multiplied at least by a factor 3. Not at once ofcourse because that wouldn't help the quality but increase the number slowly so new moderators get time to gain experience. I also think C-D needs a 80km/h cap. Which means there will be almost no overtaking possible anymore. At this speed it will be easier for keyboard drivers to keep the truck on their side of the road. A lot of accidents happen when oncoming traffic comes on your lane in a corner because they drive 150. Really dont get why people do 150 in a truck but... well... that's another topic.
  9. Bergen - Oslo is actually very crowded. Possibly second after C - D sometimes.
  10. Very good guide! Now teach these kids how to act like gentlemen in traffic. :-)
  11. Some people want revenge NOW. They can't just record silently and wait a couple of days and let it go in their heads. The worst people ram back. This makes everything worse because eye for an eye doesn't work in a virtual trucking game with unlimited money. Some people say REC or BAN, sometimes even when they are the one at fault. Probably to scare people or make them apologise. Doesn't make any sense to me. The best thing would be just file a report :-). And no drama! Trolls feed off drama guys that's lesson #1 of trolling.
  12. It would be fun if these could be synced server wide and changed around every couple of in-game days. For now it creates dangerous situations. Players avoiding events not visible for other players. It causes collisions. Maybe a good idea to disable them.
  13. I use TrackIR and no F2 mirrors. You have to get used to this and give it some time, but i couldn't do without it now. Much more realistic.
  14. It's a shame it seems TruckersMP doesn't aim to be in the simulation genre while the core game is a simulation game. For sure they will lose players if they bring the limit back to 90kph but they would only lose the trolls. And i thought losing them is the mission anyway? :-)
