  1. It depends. I always use it in-game
  2. It seems like a great idea, but I'd say instead of having the full name of a different color, have the number representing your veteran status (eg. V, VII, etc.) next to your name in bold and in a different color. I feel like patreons are more valuable to the community compared to old players, so only they should have the different colored name. However, adding the veteran number next to your name seems like a better idea. Ex: Mattify [V] Somewhat like @MicroGeForce explained above
  3. Hey! The idea seems like a nice little improvement. However, can you please explain or give an example of a situation in which this would be useful? If you report players based on in-game infractions, you usually have their TruckersID ready from the video evidence. I can't really see a situation in which I'd search for a player or be on his profile in order to report him. Nonetheless, it is a nice addition and I don't think it's hard to add. Have a great day!
  4. Alright, now I see your point and can definitely tell this will only make things worse. I didn't have this "insight" of how reports are to moderators. I guess you can close this suggestion, thank you for your feedback!
  5. Oh, I see. Yeah this can definitely turn into a problem. So we dont want to incentivize people to report rule-breakers?
  6. Suggestion Name: Unban Tokens Suggestion Description: Pretty self-explanatory. I have already suggested this around 2 years ago but went inactive and couldn't give more arguments. The way it works is that for every accepted report a player submits, they get 1 ban reduction token. They can use these tokens in case they get banned and each token reduces the ban length by 1-2 hour(s) Any example images: N/A Why should it be added?: This could be very beneficial for people that are mass-reporting and helping the community. In case they do a stupid mistake, they can get banned for it. I see this as a nice way to reward people that help with clearing the roads from rule-breakers that might unintentionally break the rules, as mistakes do happen. I don't find it that fair to get rid of a lot of trolls and then get banned because of an accident. Also, the ban reduction tokens won't be too overpowered, as you need 12-24 accepted reports to cut a day from your ban. This suggestion was declined initially because people argued that the report system might be abused to get these unban tokens. This is not true however, because every incorrect report reduces the number of active reports you can submit, so over time abusers wont be able to submit any other reports.
  7. Suggestion Name: Ban reduction tokens Suggestion Description: It is pretty simple. For every accepted report you make, you should get 1 Ban reduction token. If you get banned, you can use these tokens and 1 token will reduce your ban by 1 hour. Any example images: Why should it be added?: This suggestion would help the community a lot. By reporting players and helping the community you should get these tokens in case you make a mistake and get banned. It happened to me, after I’ve reported a ton of rule-breakers, I got banned because of an idiotic mistake I’ve made. It is pretty balanced as well, while you get rid of a rule breaker for several days(the lenght of the ban) you should have the right to reduce your ban by at least an hour.
  8. yup, thank you very much!
  9. I was just wondering: how does the report queue work? I was asking because once I had reported several people in 1 day and one of the reports that i had opened at the end of the day got accepted faster than the ones that i had opened in the morning. Thanks!
