Hello,
According to ban evading rule, ban evading is that if you create an another account while your other account(s) are banned to play. Please note that this rule violation will be punished with a permanent ban. To answer to your question, you can have 2 TruckersMP accounts, but if some of them gets punished and if you use the another not banned account to play, both of the accounts will be punished with permanent ban. Check out the ban evading rule:
Quote§1.2 - Ban Evading - PERMANENT BAN
Creating or using another account to get around a temporary or permanent ban. Attempting to remove ban evidence to get out of a ban. If the evidence points that you have ban evaded, staff reserve the right to ban you again without notification. Evidence for ban evading cannot be disclosed due to it containing confidential server-side information. Ban Evading violations cannot be reported to the TruckersMP Team, such violations are handled through internal processes.

According to §2.8 - How bans are issued rule, an active ban is a ban which is newer than 12 month. Currently you have 0 active bans, meaning that if you recive 3 bans in 1 year, than your 4th ban in this year would be 30 day and than permanent (5th).
There is an another point: if you have at least 2 active (newer than 12 month) history bans (30 days) than your 3rd ban is going to be permanent.
Although I would like to note that according to rule §2.9 - Bans issued by the Game Moderation Management, the Game Moderation Managment has the right to issue a permanent ban if they think that you don't fit the servers of TruckersMP.
The easiest way to know how many active bans you have open your TruckersMP Profile ( https://truckersmp.com/user/ ) and check the "Active bans" text:

This new van never had any interior done because these vehicles will change every 2 weeks and the team doesn't have enough time and capacity to do an interior. Due to this, all of these alternating vehicles the interior will be the default Scout car.

TruckersMP game itself cannot proccess there characters and for this reason, it is displayed with "?". The only thing you can do is to wait for 22nd of February or if a support staff changes it.

Yes, exactly. After a ban has expired it has a 12 month cool-down period and after that, you are going to only have 1 active ban if you do not recive an another ban.

Yes, active bans are bans which are not older than 12 month counted from the expiration date of the ban. Currently you are banned and it will expire on 16 Feb 21:49 UTC, which means that this ban will be "inactive" after 2022 16 Feb 21:49 UTC and will not be taken under consideration when issuing the bans. But keep in mind that if Game Moderation Managers thinks you have registered on TruckersMP for the sole purpose of violating the rules intentionally they might ban you permanent.

Hello,
Unfortunately the servers are quite "broken" at the moment, and it keeps disconnecting players from the servers. At this time the issue is with the servers. I've driven a few km's a few minutes ago, and my ping was at avarage 75ms, however, usually it is around 40ms for me, but at least didn't kicked the server me off. There isn't any possible solution at this time unfortunately

Hello,
On TruckersMP you can delete your account and after a cooldown period of 14 days you are able to register again, however, your bans will be still on your profile. This is what just happened with the player you have provided. They deleted their account and than registered again. In this case the bans will be still on the players profile however, the register date will be the new registration date.

The problem is that the game time on the servers at TruckersMP is always going forward and forward even if you are not online. And when you join to the server, the time is way too much than what elapsed in real time. Try to deliver a job within the same playing session and avoid delivering quick jobs.

As you have mentioned the TruckersMP Crashes with the Volvo sleeper cabin. This is an identified bug by the developer team of TruckersMP, for the time being you can only avoid this by not using the sleeper cabin.

Hello,
This problem is caused by the sleeper cabin of Volvo. To solve this problem please go into Singleplayer and change the cabin type to anything but not sleeper cabin and it should be fine in TruckersMP as well. This is a known bug, the developers are aware of this and trying to issue a fix on it.

Hello,
I will try to help you by a detailed guide to be sure:
-Please open a File Explorer
-Click on Documents
-Search for the folder called "ETS2MP", than open the folder "logs"
-Search for the log file (yesterday is going to be 2020-10-08)
-Then open the log spawning txt
-Make sure that you aren't searching for the hole name of the player because the "?" characters are different in the logs. I recommend to search by the id you have seen in-game like the following: (3061)
-Then you will see the player's TruckersMP ID after the word "TMPID:"
-Then follow the instructions of the reporting guide.

There a quite a few options to get the same job. Here are a few ones:
-World Of Trucks. If you connect your profile with World Of Trucks, than you will be able to pick from online cargos, usually all of the cargos what you and what your friend sees are the same, therfore if you click on the same job both of you will have that job, however, there are some cases when these destinations are different compared to where you want to go.
-Virtual Speditor. This is an application you can download and load a quicksave in order to create a job. You can assign everything, starting from the destination to the cargo what you want to deliver. Here is a deep explanation about how to use it:

I belive that this is a bannable violation on the network of TruckersMP. I would suggest to read the rules here: https://truckersmp.com/rules
Obviously I cannot say that my answer is correct since I'm not a game moderator, but as I have said above I belive that this is bannable obviously.
