    Hello,

     

    No, the 7 day is compared to the date you have created the report, not when the report was handled. You don't have to delete them. If you created the report for example at 15th Nov, the evidence can date back to 8th Nov and that will be valid, no matter if the report will get dealt with in 1-2 weeks.

    Firstly, thank you for coming to the forum and asking about this. The web reporting load goes in the following order: very low, low, medium, high, very high, heavy. Heavy is the top category which means that the reports are not done as fast as in the categories below, that is the reason why your reports are taking longer. There isn't any rule about reports being handled in x amount of time, it all depends on our moderation team, as we are volunteers and we do this in our freetime.

     

    Due to our internal policies, we are not allowed to disclose the reason why your report's status might change like that.

     

    Lately, rule §1.4 was edited to accept evidence maximum 7 days after the incident happened to reduce the load on the web report system and to allow our team to shift our work towards game moderation and to ensure reports are relevant, and it is the serious issues being passed onto us, through that system. There is nothing you can do, if your slots free up slower than 7 days elapse, you cannot report those actions as it would be against rule §1.4.

     

    Regarding seeing which moderator deals with your report, it was introduced in September. The reasoning behind anonymisation is that it aims to reduce the abuse and harassment that unfortunately some of our team members have to endure, and due to that you cannot see our names. If you want to contact Game Moderation Management about something related to a report you have created, you just need to send them the report URL and it will be dealt with accordingly.     Hello,

     

    The web report system is currently under HEAVY load which is the worst category. This means that your reports are dealt with later than average. There is no possible estimate which can be provided, as it all depends on our volunteer team. You need to be patient, and I can ensure you that your reports will be dealt in due course.

    I want to insert a real-time update of VTC members' numbers for my website, but I'm running into a problem

    Hello,

     

    On all of the pictures you have provided you have failed to replace {VTCID} which is required to be able to fetch proper data. If you open your VTC's page on the website, in the url, you will see what is your VTC's id. By checking your profile, https://truckersmp.com/vtc/61001 you are in this VTC, which means the VTCID you need to provide is 61001.     I have a ban, but no staff is noted on it

    Hello,

     

    According to our Game Moderation Strategy update, moderation is now anonymised. This means that you won't be able to see who you banned you, or handled your report - as there is no realistic reason why you should see specifically. If you have a complaint, you can do that through our feedback system.

    It depends on your previous bans, there is no specific maximum duration for a 3rd ban really. However, there are general rules regarding active bans according to rule §2.8:

     

    Quote

    §2.8 - How bans are issued

    • The first 3 bans are issued at the staff member’s discretion.
    • The 4th ban is thirty days.
    • The 5th ban and consecutive bans are ninety days.

    Any bans older than 12 months at the time of the new ban being issued are ignored, this 12 month period is the ban cooling-off period. Ban extensions are based on the active (less than 12 months old) bans at the time of expiration and will not be altered if a ban goes over the 12 month period while the ban is active. If you have at least two active history bans in your ban history, staff will extend your next ban to a ninety days ban, regardless of how many bans you have had in the last year. Bans that are extended due to history cannot be removed, they are strictly thirty days and ninety days.

     

    According to this rule, the 3rd ban (active, so not older than a year) is still up to the staff member's discretion if your previous 2 bans weren't extended due to history. Keep in mind that there is rule §2.9 as well:

    §2.9 - Bans issued by the Game Moderation Management

    If the Game Moderation Management thinks that a user joins TruckersMP with the sole purpose to violate the rules, "§2.8 - How bans are issued" can be bypassed and the ban length will be at the Game Moderation Management's discretion. In accordance with our Terms of Service staff are allowed to re-use evidence sent in our reports. In specific cases, the Game Moderation Management reserves the right to keep ban evidence private upon review of the banned player.

     

    As you can see, according to this rule, your ban might be longer by the decision of the Game Moderation Management if deemed necessary.

    Hello,

     

    According to the rules, if a ban evasion is detected, the connection to the server will be automatically rejected.

    Hello,

     

    Patrons do not have AFK kick if the server is not loaded. If the total players are over 90%, for Patrons, the AFK time limit is 30 minutes.

    Ban Evading Sorunu

    According to rule §1.2 - Ban evading, if you use any of your other accounts while on one of them you are banned, all acounts will receive a ban. Please, do not play on our servers until one of your account(s) is/are banned.

    Creating or using another account to get around a temporary ban. Evading a permanent ban will result in a permanent ban on all accounts. Attempting to remove ban evidence to get out of a ban. If the evidence points that you have evaded a ban, staff reserve the right to ban you again without notification. Evidence for ban evading cannot be disclosed due to it containing confidential server-side information.

    Unfortunately the game servers are acting up since the few days. The developers are aware of this issue and it will be fixed as soon as possible. Other than that, you cannot do anything. You can try connecting to the servers a few more times.

    Akkor ebben az esetben nyugodtan telepítheted az új launchert, ugyanis az a Euro Truck Simulator 2-vel nincs összefüggésben, a profiljaid nem fognak törlődni. Amennyiben másra gondolsz, kérlek küldj róla képet.

    This is called instant charging or something like that. You can't do anything about that, this is how Patreon works. If you don't want to pay 5$ for 9 days, then just wait until next month.

    processing time reporting

    Hello,

     

    Everything is perfectly alright. If you check the report system load, it is currently on VERY HIGH, which means that there is increased time when handling these reports. I think even you might have to wait 2 weeks before your reports get dealt with.

    Hello,

     

    "All bans" in this phrase is definitly incorrect. It depends on what was the reason: ban evading and history permanent bans were only removed. I cannot see your ban history as it is private, but most likely, you have been banned due to hacking or something else I beleive, and those bans are not being removed.
