    Hallo @Instanz,
     
    schaue zuerst mal in deinen Spam-Ordner und in andere mögliche Ordner deines E-Mail-Postfaches. Vielleicht versteckt sich die E-Mail von TruckersMP da irgendwo. Wenn du da wirklich keine E-Mail findest, dann empfehle ich dir, dich mit diesem Problem an den TruckersMP Support per Website-Ticket zu wenden. Ein Support-Ticket kannst du hier erstellen: https://truckersmp.com/support/tickets
    Der Support ist dort nämlich in der Lage, dir die E-Mail erneut zu senden. Eventuell liegt ein fehlgeschlagener Versandt der E-Mail aber auch an dem Provider (z.B. freenet.de). Da würde ein Wechsel der E-Mail-Adresse eventuell zum Erfolg verhelfen, was auch unser Support-Team per Website-Ticket regeln kann.

    Erstelle mal ein neues Ets2 Profil im Singleplayer ohne irgendwelche Mods. Fahre dann eine Fracht (die Anfangslieferung), schließe diese ab und berichte mir, ob das Spiel wieder abgestürzt ist.
    Wenn es abstürzt, so teile mir bitte mit, an welcher Stelle es abstürzt.

    Hallo @Ardias3k,
     
    wenn sich ein User für deine Spedition bewerben möchte, so muss er unter https://truckersmp.com/vtc deine Spedition suchen und sich dann auf deiner Speditionsseite bewerben. Der Button "Apply", also "Bewerben" steht aber nur dem User zur Verfügung, wenn du Bewerbungen geöffnet hast und der User die Voraussetzungen der Spedition (z.B. Limit an Banns, kein aktiver Bann, ....) erfüllt.

    you can disable Season effects in the ingame TAB-Menu. Press TAB, then click your right mouse button to enable the mouse & navigate to the settings button. Then you can disable the option "Enable season effects"

    you got kicked because you are only allowed to use combination of one full sized trailer with two small trailers. Using more than one full sized trailer with one or more small trailers isn't allowed, but it's still allowed to use two full sized trailers but without any small trailer.

    Hello dear @Nigtwish

    Below you'll find all the solutions in order to fix your economy and get new jobs:
    a) You should try to rescue to service F7 + Enter (this sometimes resets your economy).
    b) You should try to sleep (only a temporary fix, but is not guaranteed to fix the economy).
    c) You should teleport to another garage.
    d) Economy reset. This solution will reset and repopulate your jobs list/freight market and return you to your home garage..

    Below there are two examples of how to do it:
    1) Go to My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles or My Documents\American Truck Simulator\profiles and find your profile - if you only have one profile it'll be the only one, otherwise, you'll have to work out which one you want.
    2) Open the config.cfg in the profile folder in your text editor of choice (e.g. notepad).
    3) Look for the line uset g_force_economy_reset "0" - change the 0 to a 1 and save the file.
    4) Start TruckersMP and load your profile. You should receive a message saying "Game change detected", etc. Your economy will now have been reset.
    5) Exit the game and change that 1 back to 0 in your config.cfg, otherwise it'll reset every time you start the game.
     
    How to reset game economy using the in-game console:
    1) Go to My Documents\Eurotruck Simulator 2\profiles or My Documents\American Truck Simulator\profiles and find your profile
    2) Open the config.cfg in the profile folder and open with Notepad/WordPad
    3) Look for uset g_developer "0"
    4) Look for uset g_console "0"
    5) Change the "0" to a "1"
    6) Save the file (NOT save as)
    7) Load your game and profile
    8) Press ` key
    9) Type in "uset g_force_economy_reset "1"
    10) Save your game and exit
    11) Reload the game and your recent saved profile
    12) Open the console by pressing the ` key and pressing the up arrow
    13) Repeat step 9 but change the "1" to a "0"
    14) Repeat Step 11, 12 & 13
    15) You should now get the "Game change detected" message
    16) Your economy should now be reset

    Hey @Mincer,
     
    In order to activate your games on our website, you must have own the game (family sharing isn't working!) and you must have at least 2 hours of play time on Steam for either Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator, maybe 3 or 4 hours, play a bit more ans try again.

    First of all, you have to set your steam profile to public. Please follow the steps bellow:
    1) Connect to Steam
    2) Go to your profile
    3) Click to "Edit Profile"
    4) Click to "My privacy settings"
    5) Now set all from your face to public like in the picture below.

    If it doesn't working, delete your history and try again or try in another browser.
    If you have automatic translation on your browser, you have to deactivate it.

    Hello again @Denis Brogniart,
     
    are you really sure that you do not use any mods like more truck slots, more customizing parts, and something similar in singleplayer?
    Please check this.
    Also try to create a new profile in singleplayer, start to drive your first delivery. Save your game, go to Multiplayer & continue to drive. While driving press F7+Enter & test if your game is still crashing.

    Hello @Roiekito,
     
    please try to start TruckersMP always as administrator. Please also try to control your internet connection (like ping) because this problem is expiring if your connection isn't reliable and your ping is maybe too high which causes into the server kick.
    If this doesn't working for you, please reinstall your TruckersMP Launcher. Also delete all files in the Documents/TruckersMP folder & in %programdata% also TruckersMP-folders.
