If you want use hct trailers to transport cargo outside Finland you have to save edit your trailer first.
You first need a program to decrypt you savegame i recommend TS SaveEditor tool, you can find it here
After you have open the program and open your save file, you have to find your hct trailer and change the country_validity to 0, and remove the countries that is listet under country_validity
Just remember, that outside Finland many Companies are too small to accommodate a hct trailer, and you risk crashing when loading or unloading cargo.

If you have a pc now you can use for a bit longer by lowering the graphics setting I would recommend that, or perhaps upgrade you current one with some used parts
locking at the different configuration options you have, I would not recommend any of the available systems, you pay a premium for old hardware, som of the cpu's has been on the marked for over 5 years and some of the GPU's has also been on the marked for years

Its not the crashlog you have uploaded, it's locatet here: Documents-Euro Truck Simulator 2
I do not know if it is the reason for your crash, do you own a car trailer? If you do try and sell it.
You also get a lot of errors on local mods, try and by a new truck, and drive it, and see if the game still crash

Do your game crash in both singleplayer and multiplayer?
Have you taken a look at the crash log? Perhaps it can guide you to the problem

Yes, if you join on of the non promods servers, TruckersMP do not load promods into your game, it is only when you join one of the Promods servers that TruckersMP load the Promods files.
If you want to play Promods at some point, I recommend creating a new profile for that, after you have created the profile you can clone your normal profile into the new one.

If you use TS SE tool, it automatic finds your savefolder for the game and the sage you have used last.
If it displays correct save file alle you have to do is click decrypt and then open folder, then you are ready to save edit.

What tool are you using to decrypt game.sii? Sii_decrypter has not been updated for a long time and is not working well on newer version of the game.
I use this program to decrypt my files it works whit out any problems

You need to link your new DLCs to your TruckersMP profile before you can use them in multiplayer.

It looks like you run out of memory when you start the game.
You only have 3,2 GB of ram in your system, that is under the minimum requirement of the game.
And when you start the game you only have 297 kb of ram available.
One solution could be to close some of the background task that your not using when gaming.
Another solution is to upgrade you ram to a higher capacity, depending on how much your motherboard supports.

SII Decrypted do not work very well in 1,38.
I uses this program instead
It works whit out any problems

It looks like you have put some accessory on you truck that is indented to be used only on car or trailer.
Since you are getting kicked, you have to go in single player and replace the accessory whit truck parts instead.

Many of the versions of SII_Decrypt do not work whit 1.37 and 1.38.
I will recommend this program instead, it is the one i am using whit out any problems.

It's a known bug in the game, there are noting you can do to solve the problem right now.
The only thing you can do is to select a different cabin for your truck, and wait for the bug to get fixed in a future update,

Ok, that's strange, I would assume the game had created a crash file by default.
Have you tried creating a new profile to test if it is your save file that i corrupt? If not, create a new profile and test if the game crashes whit your new profile.

First you have to own the Beyond The Baltic Sera DLC, in order to by a HTC trailer
Second you need to save edit the trailer, I use TS SaveEditor Toll to decrypt the savefile.
When you have decrypted the file, you can open it in Notepad, then you have to search for Country_validity, and change the number to 0, and delete the country that is listed under.
