As you are not able to create any new reports on our website anymore, you can try and request access to the report system again by contacting the Game Moderation Management via our Feedback System: https://truckersmp.com/feedback.
They can tell you whether you will be able to create reports again in the future or not and the reason why.

When you install the TruckersMP Launcher, you need to enter the installation path of the American Truck Simulator which would be the following in your case: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator
It is not necessary to follow the path to the .exe file.

ich habe deinen Beitrag einmal in das richtige Unterforum verschoben und möchte dich noch zu deinem ersten Beitrag in unserem TruckersMP Forum beglückwünschen! ?
 
Bezüglich deines Problems, so würde ich dir gerne einmal vorschlagen folgendes auszuprobieren:
Aktualisiere den Treiber deiner Grafikkarte Entferne sofern vorhanden alle Mods aus deinem "Mod" Ordner in "C:\Users\%Username%\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2" Überprüfe die Dateien von ETS 2 in Steam auf Fehler (= Öffne deine Steam Bibliothek --> führe einen Rechtsklick auf ETS 2 aus --> Eigenschaften --> Lokale Dateien --> Spieldateien auf Fehler überprüfen) Installiere ETS 2 und danach TruckersMP einmal neu (benutze dafür am besten die folgende Anleitung: https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/553 )

As already mentioned above, it seems that you already have an account at World of Trucks that is connected to your Steam account and to ETS2.
In case you forgot your credentials for World of Trucks, you can click on the following link and try to reset your password: https://www.worldoftrucks.com/en/request_password_reset
 
If you still need help, then I recommend to contact the support of World of Trucks: https://www.worldoftrucks.com/en/support

Dear @mika6592,
 
Normally, the Installer still asks you for the ATS path when you tried to uncheck "ATS Multiplayer" afterwards. For this reason, I suggest you completely close the TruckersMP installtion and try to re-start it.
Then make sure to unmark "ATS Multiplayer" right from the start and the Installer should only ask you for the ETS 2 path.

die von dir beschriebene Problematik ist ein bekannter Bug bei der Nutzung von DirectX11. Du kannst diesen Bug u.a. mit dem beschriebenen Vorschlag von Maurice umgehen.
Ich hätte da ebenfalls noch 1-2 Vorschläge (letzteres hat mir persönlich bisher immer geholfen):
Starte ETS 2 in Steam mit OpenGL Schließe TruckersMP, schließe dann alle anderen Anwendungen (Browser, Speditionssoftware, Teamspeak, etc.) und starte dann TruckersMP erneut. Prüfe, ob du wieder problemlos raus- und reintabben kannst und öffne dann die anderen Anwendungen erneut. Ich hoffe, dass dir diese Ideen helfen konnten dein Problem zu lösen.

I suggest you to delete the (1) behind your def file, so it looks like this "promods-def-st-v251" and then try it again.

regarding this error I recommend you to right click on your TruckersMP Launcher and run it as "administrator".
 
If this doesn't help I have a few other suggestions left:
Delete TruckersMP folder in %programdata% (= press the windows button and search for %programdata%) Restart your computer once Go to C:\ProgramData\ -> delete the TruckersMP folder -> start TruckersMP launcher as Administrator and click on "install the files"

Hello @SantiniCZ and welcome to the TMP forum!
 
1. In case you launch the game with DirectX11 this is a known bug which only can be avoided by opening the game with OpenGL (therefore you need to start the game in singleplayer / via steam once with "openGL", drive a bit, save and then launch TMP).
 
 
2. For me personally it helps to close all third party programs (like Teamspeak, TrucksBook, web browser, etc.) and launch the game. When I am able to alt+tab without any problems I open the third party programs again . Maybe you can try this as well.
