It basically means that if you have 2 history bans (usually marked as "1-month due to §2.8"), then your ban will be extended to permanent, regardless of how many active bans you have. Those history bans need to be active. If there's a history ban that is not active (as in inactive, marked as yellow), it will not count towards your history.
 
Let me provide you with an example of a ban history that will result in a permanent ban with 2 history bans:
1) Reckless driving - 5 days
2) Reckless driving + Inappropriate overtaking - 10 days
3) Insulting - 5 days
4) Reckless driving + Ramming - 1-month due to §2.8
5) (FIRST BAN TURNS INACTIVE resulting in 3 active bans, and this being the fourth active ban now) Reckless driving + Ramming - 1-month due to §2.8
6) (2 ACTIVE HISTORY BANS) Insulting - permanent due to history

Im Spiel gibt es einen CB-Funk wo man reden kann. Der globale Kanal ist 19 wo jedermann redet, aber die meisten deutschsprachigen sind auf dem Kanal 9 unterwegs (Kanäle kann man mit "." oder "," ändern). Mit der X Taste kann man im Spiel reden und mit TAB sieht man die Spieler um sich herum.

Jeglicher Regelverstoß kann geahndet werden und führt in den meisten Fällen zu sehr langen Banns. Hier sind ein paar Tipps, die ich dir mitgeben kann:
 
Immer an die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung halten und bloß nicht rasen es sei denn du bist auf einer leeren Autobahn. Nicht zu schnell aber auch nicht zu langsam fahren. Versuche dich dem Verkehr anzupassen. Miteinander fahren, nicht gegeneinander. Nicht gegen die Regeln Verstößen, nur weil es ein anderer macht. Bloß nicht auf der einspurigen Landstraße zwischen den Städten Calais und Duisburg überholen, denn das kann dein Todesurteil heißen. Ein kleiner Fehler und du kannst für ein paar Wochen im Singleplayer spielen. Wenn du dort fährst, dann mit extremer Vorsicht.  
Das wäre so das Erste, was ich dir mitteilen kann. §1.5 - Inappropriate use of language, communication and impersonation of any kind
[...] Any reference related to drugs, other illegal substances, pornographic or sexual content or otherwise illicit matters. This applies to any links posted, avatars, signatures, in-game tags, images uploaded or content written. [...]

I'll be as transparent as I can while writing my response here from the Game Management's point of view.
 
The main reasons as to why save editing was allowed again can be seen below:
Complaints from the save editing community, punishing the entire save editing community just because of a few individuals abusing the rule(s) in place; Staff members not knowing what's allowed and what isn't; X modification not affecting other players; Focusing too much on save editing despite the fact that it doesn't cause any issues in most cases. Restricting something that doesn't affect other players is not really beneficial. I'm sure you can understand that we cannot teach players or members of our staff save editing within a day, it requires a lot of knowledge and dedication to know what's allowed and what isn't. I'll go as far as saying that if you don't put any efforts into learning the basics of save editing, you will not learn it and you'll have a very hard time. The type of question we got on almost a daily basis was “Is this allowed”? - Staff members even questioned whether double or triple trailers were allowed, despite the fact that the answer could've been found in the rules. The trainee phase covers save editing and a few scenarios, but as mentioned above, we can only teach the very basics, the rest is something the staff member needs to work on. I learned save editing by watching YouTube videos and trying to make modifications myself. It took me a very long time with endless game crashes, but you'll get used to it.
 
I'll quote rule §3.5 and my personal opinion:
 
 
It's hard to track whether X player has more than one duplicate without verifying it through the logs, and we cannot rely on our players as it's easy to manipulate something to get another player banned. The last part of the rule confused a lot of staff members as well. Each time we changed something regarding save editing, it caused yet another confusion among the staff team.
 
 
While people were punished for it which I know is very annoying and can lead to accidents and similar, the volume can be turned down in the game settings. Staff members didn't know the default positions for horns.
 
 
Again staff members didn't know the default positions and blinking lights can be turned off in the game settings. With the current rules in place, we can still punish people for it if it causes major issues such as FPS drops and similar.
 
I won't hide the fact that I personally dislike most save editing such as:
Floating cows and similar; Too many duplicated items or hookups; Lowering your truck or trailer with smaller wheels (it looks stupid, don't do it); Clipping parts; Double or triple trailers in high-populated-areas.  
Not everything is allowed at the moment. The vast majority of the potential issues are still covered under §3, and more can be added depending on how players treat the rules in place. If we see an increase of abusive modifications, more restrictions will follow. For instance, If you have a long trailer and cannot safely handle it while taking a turn or similar, you will end up being banned for reckless driving or blocking depending on the situation. The last part of the rule only applies to very extreme modifications which may not be covered by the rules. Bans of this type are only issued following a rigorous investigation of the evidence and conduct confirming that the modification has no place on SIM servers. Additionally, we thoroughly review the circumstances behind the enforcement and once the Game Management agrees on something, a punishment will follow. Here's an example.
 
 
We tried limiting save editing to an absolute minimum, but we noticed that it doesn't really need a restriction as long as it doesn't cause issues to other players. While we've seen nice looking trucks, we've also seen trucks with tons of duplicates and Christmas trees. Spending so many resources and time into something that doesn't really affect anyone is a waste of time really. That time can be put into reviewing reports, observing high or low populated areas or interacting with the community. I'll discuss with my colleagues whether we need another wave of restrictions since I've personally seen a few ridiculous modifications such as triple trailers with floating cows in it.
 
 
This is something that can be done, but it needs to be discussed first. We're always open for suggestions from the community and staff, so if you think that something should change, suggest it, and we'll look into it. When suggesting, consider the following:
Be courteous and try to convince us of the potential benefits of your suggestion;
Provide constructive criticism as to why it should be added or changed; Add some potential benefits of the given suggestion;
Make sure you give good advice to the respective department in a polite manner;
Use the word we whenever possible, speaking on behalf of the community.

Using a trainer, in this case, a third-party-tool is not permitted, regardless of whether you use it for good or bad intentions. Back in the days it was popular due to the fact that you could easily combat people trolling and ramming you on purpose. This feature, however, has been abused so much that it got banned really quickly. Nowadays you can use the /fix command every 10 minutes.
 
There were 2 types of people using the trainer:
Using the no-damage-hack to not get any damage, whether that be people ramming you on purpose or causing an accident due to bad driving. It was a good way to combat trolls as stated above. To use the no-damage-hack to ram as many people as you can. This feature gave you the ability to drive from a to b with 0% damage non-stop. Literally a paradise for trolls.  
§2.1 - Hacking/Bug/Feature abusing - PERMANENT BAN
Using any kind of tool to change gameplay, including but not limited to using the in-game console, trainers or cheat engine in order to bypass the speed limiter, to jump hack, no collision hack or anything similar. Misusing features such as ghost mode to cause damage to others while connecting to the servers.

3 days is not really that much. We usually experience a huge backlog of reports that need to be reviewed and dealing with said backlog can take some time. I can ensure you that we're trying our best to deal with every single report that we get on a daily basis. Most of us study, have a real life job or do other important things and we obviously can't sit at home 24/7 and review web-reports but we're trying our best to do as many as possible.
 
We usually check reports within a few days but if the backlog is too huge, then it may take some time until we get to your report. All we can ask is for patience and I'm sure your report will be reviewed very soon.

It mainly depends on the situational circumstances. If someone just accidentally rear ends you without causing too much damage, then I would issue a kick. However, if someone drives with excessive high speeds and still accelerates without attempting to brake, then I would issue a ban. As I said, it depends on the incident and if the collision causes a huge amount of damage. Let's say for instance there's a curve with people waiting because of an accident and the perpetrator drives with excessive high speeds through the corner and rear ends you, then I would issue a ban. Lack of anticipatory driving is what causes most of the accidents especially on the one lane rural road between the cities Calais and Duisburg. I hope I could somewhat explain it.

du musst Development logging aktivieren. In-Game>Tab>Settings>General und dann Development logging - Basic oder Advanced einstellen, dann sollte das auch wieder funktionieren.

I guess you're talking about the Special Transport DLC? The DLC is not yet supported. So whenever you take a Trailer from the DLC the Server will automatically kick you.

-Make sure that you are logging in with the Steam account that was originally attached to that TruckersMP account. 
 
-Make sure that the @ symbol is being entered correctly. You can copy the symbol in Notepad and then paste it when you are typing your e-mail address. You can also hold ALT and type 6, 4 using numpad to create the symbol.
 
If it doesn't help reinstall TMP

so you click on install available Updates and the button keeps coming back asking you to install the Update over and over? If so just download any VPN (i recommend Ultrasurf) and install the Update again.
 
Download Ultrasurf
Run Ultrasurf.
Open TruckersMP in Administrator Mode.
Install the available updates (only the first run with Ultrasurf), wait for it to finish and Launch button appears.
Exit Ultrasurf.
 
Thats it.
