Hey,
I had the same problem not long ago. What I did was just right click on the sound icon and press "Playback devices". Then a new window appeared saying something like "Do you want to re-enable the Speaker xx?". Then I just continued and it worked for me.
Best regards,
NeonLeon

Hello @Shoutxx!
1.) Make sure you have the latest .Net Framework: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55170
2.) Clean your temp files with CCleaner: https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download
3.) Check your temp files path and make sure it's located at C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache
4.) If you don't have "INetCache" folder make a new folder and name it "temp" and then open the Windows temp settings and choose the new path.
Best regards,
NeonLeon

Hello,
please check out this post:
You have to login at truckersmp.com, then go to My profile - Settings and then press on "Check now". Normally this checking process takes 5-60 minutes, but since many new players are registering at the moment, at could take a while more. Than be patient please.
