Hey,
Thanks very much for your suggestion! Despite this being a nice idea in theory, in practicality this would be a very difficult and confusing method to introduce that would complicate traffic light systems and potentially confuse new drivers. Whilst I can appreciate that this could resolve some incidents on our servers, we would simply encourage users to record their game and use the report features on our platform.

Just wanted to quickly respond to this, this isn't why this is not possible. The reason we aren't adding VTC paintjobs is the size of these files. We have many users who play on our platform who would not be appreciative of having to download lots and lots of paintjobs for a VTC they aren't apart of and this isn't very user friendly. Paintjobs can be large files and asking people with low-spec hardware to install them is unreasonable. It is the same reason as to why we don't support many custom mods, they are quite large files most of the time and if there was a game update which we could support quickly but the mods we support haven't updated then that can cause more and more delays which are already a consistent problem here at TMP (which we are now shortening down, so we wouldn't want to do things to prolong them).
Besides this, I can inform you that we have lots of cool features coming up, as you may see through recent changelogs so we appreciate your suggestions!

After reading what you said I spoke to one of our developers as well as a team member who is well-experienced with add-on creation and local mods and I would like to say that what you have mentioned here is not true. No one can get into the ProMods server without owning the DLCs. So therefore ProMods is unplayable unless you own the DLCs.

Yes, because most moderators are working independently of each other and management. Although most moderators are educated, it does not have much impact, usually according to the rules, not based on its own will. The times are really very long, of course, 1-2-day Ban is very short and ineffective only because of the 2 weeks-1 month Ban than the minor reasons is not really fair and ethically. In addition, management is urgently to find solutions to report-only people, even if necessary, they can be banned forever and forever. Or, because most people will be banned, TMP will die. Now I will have a question to the GMM team, I want them to answer this honestly. How many people have been banned forever, how many of the bans have been canceled via APPEAL, and how many of bans canceled via feedback? How many moderators were punished for not accepting the appeal even though it is unfair?

Because of this 3 reasons, im supporting the SCSMP.
I hope TruckersMP will heals itself and review all bans, and cancel unjustified bans.

I think many people may share your opinion regarding our rules but I am afraid that the GM team is not to blame for this at all. The rules are always and have always been clearly stated and you have to agree to them every time they're changed, if you fail to follow them then you will be punished. GMMs will not share this data because we have an ISP which prevents that, due to this and internet data laws this information cannot be shared. If a moderator makes a mistake then it is fixed and they learn from that.
In regards to your unrealistic performance, all of these have been fixed in recent updates. Particularly the timing issues in the most recent changelog. Server lag has been something that I have not experienced for some time, and our developers are consistently working on fixes for any server related issues - but we cannot be held responsible for issues related to the host and so on.
Any unjustified ban is removed, if it is not removed then it is justified in relation to our rules.

Join us on Sunday 1st August 2021 at 17:00 UTC. (Alternative Timezones)
Starting out in Berlin we will be taking a wonderful route through some forests and also past the beach in the northern part of Germany! We will then head south towards Erfurt where the convoy will come to an end. It will be a nice and relaxing drive, so come along and join us as we take in the beauty of the journey.
The convoy duration is estimated to be 90 minutes. There are no scheduled breaks or fuel stops; you are welcome to pull over into a safe place should you require some rest.

From the 27th of June until the 27th of July, we will be looking for talented individuals to join our Community Moderation Team.
As a member of the Community Moderation Team, you will be responsible for enforcing the rules and guidelines, reviewing reports and issuing punishments where necessary on your specific platform. You will also engage in positive community interaction and ensure the community is kept safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Core Requirements:
- Have good knowledge of TruckersMP and the rules
- Must be a member of TruckersMP for at least 12 months
- Must be registered on the TruckersMP forum for at least 3 months
- Must be at least 16 years old
- No bans / forum or Discord punishments within the last 12 months;
- Must have no more than 3 bans in the last 24 months
- Must have overall good behaviour, which includes forum, Discord and our official social media pages
- You have sufficient knowledge of the English language
- Good communication skills
- Resilient, active and flexible
- Ability to work within a team and on your own at times
- Eager to learn and progress your knowledge
- Organised and adaptive
- Be able to accept constructive criticism
- At least some activity on our forums and/or Discord
Role Specific Requirements:
Discord
- Good activity on the Discord. Our expectation is to often participate in conversations. Keep in mind that posting "Hello" every day for a month does not count as community interaction
- No major punishments applied on your Discord account (Heavy warnings, Mutes, Bans)
Forum
- There is no minimum post count requirement, however, we strongly encourage you to interact with the community
- No major punishments applied on your Forum account (Warning points)
Stream
- Excellent activity and interaction on the forum OR flawless Discord activity, so we can see how you interact with people
- Excellent activity on the Twitch chats
- No major punishments applied on your Twitch account (Long timeouts/Bans)
- You must be able to cover the USA or ASIA timezones.
Languages:
We are mainly looking for people who primarily speak one of the following languages.

This is a known bug as far as I am aware and hopefully it will be or has been fixed!

Really appreciate your comment here Alek and I think you have raised some good points and I'm glad you have taken into consideration the work load for these things. I think this would be great to see also but all these vehicles will stay for only two weeks so an interior would be pretty futile in the long run, plus creating a truck interior could be even more challenging. Thanks for your understanding and I hope you can realise the issues that come alongside the interior suggestions
