Hi, have you tried :
Press F1 and re-install the update.. or close TruckerMP.exe and.. Right Click (the launcher of the game )Launch as Administrator and F1 and do the update.... mayby it will work ?...

i think the rule is likely clear... but in overall ( from my opinion )...
It is based more on how you( as a player/offender ) are driving:
- if you dont stay inside your lane (doing useless lane change and getting close to ram someone from the other lane side..( on C-D as exemple... ) every 10/15/30 secondes.. )
- run crossing a red light and make an accident,
- not doing your GiveAWay sign and collide with another truck
- racing another truck and not letting him overtake you
- on purpose ramming another truck on the highway ( wich is ramming but reckless can/could apply )..
- driving in S ( turning left and right your steering for no reason on the middle of the road or in your lane )
- fail to yield the way and ram into another truck...driving in a way that is concider to be dangerous for yourself and anyone else around you.
- not doing your stop sign and ram into another players.
- driving on the grass of C-D road with the only purpose to overtake the traffic.. ( will lead to a kick more than everything else... )
i wish with these little exemple, it will have helped you ..
Little Tip : ask yourself if it is safe or not what i am/you are going to do ? if the answer is no then it is more likely to be against the rules.

and wait until steam update your game, and relaunch TruckersMP.exe and everything should work fine ^^

My guess is yes.. exemple :
you fired them today .. and tommorow you get new hired driver in MP ... when you will play for the 3rd time and you waited let say 2 day(exemple)... when you will come back, the MP server still continue to run even if you arent there... soo in theory your hired driver will still make money at your return and still have the same issue...
best way is to have 2 different save... less problem in overall.

2) the best way to avoid this is create a different save that you will use only on MP and one that you use only on SP ...

1) do not have hired driver in your profil that you are using in MP ..
Hired driver still continue to " work " and on Multiplayer the Synch time isnt the same as Singleplayer ( that mean when you use a save from single and go into multiplayer all your hired driver will have make million instantly since the time ( we are in 2044 in mp , but in singleplayer you are still in 2018 ) just to make a small exemple. of why it does that..

Bonjour, J'espère du moin pouvoir t'aider mes j'ai un gros manque d'information de ton problème... ( après vérification de ton profil ) je remarque que sa serai le jeu : American Truck Simulator ( ATS ) ?... et sa serai au niveaux de l'instalation ???.. ou de lancer la jeux sans crash .. ou connection ?... alors mon post vas surment être long un peu et je vais essayer de te donner tout l'information dont tu aura besoin..
1) :
tu a un guide d'instalation traduit en francais... se qui devrai t'aider ^^ ( y'a une video en anglais, mes si tu suit les étape une a la fois tu pourra facilement te retrouver... ( ou pose moi tes question ici ) ..

2) n'oublie pas ceci : " La première étape pour pouvoir accéder au multi d'ATS est d'être sûr d'y avoir passé au moins 2h en jeu solo. "
3) si ses un problème de connection : utilise note pad pour écrire ton email avec le @ (qui des fois ne s'ajoute pas ) .. et fait copier coller ( Ctrl C + Ctrl V du bloc pad au jeux ) et rentre ton mot de passe...
4) n'oublie pas de clique droit sur TruckersMP ( le launcher du jeux ) puis : Exécuter en tant q'administrateur des fois sa peut régler quelque problème...
j'espère que avec ses petit conseil tu saura capable de ''fixer'' ton problème.. si ta d'autre souci vien écrire ici ton résulta et ou écrit en mp et je t'aiderai .
P.S si tu as quelque message d'erreur fait un ''print screen '' pour que je vois se que tu as comment problème en détail ...

Suggestion Description:
We already have a system that autokick any player during night time ( IF i am not mistaken it between 9:00pm/21:00pm to 6:00am ) if your headlight is close during that time, you receive a notification :
*** Turn on your Headlights(*Low Beam*)! If you will not enable them,you will be kicked within 15 seconds! ***
( it was to avoid the ghost driving issue ... and that great.. ) (will follow in : Why it should be added section..)

Why should it be added?
The problem is during day time it is absolutely(totally ) useless to keep them open.( during Day time only Parking Lights should be used ) ( my personal estimation is around 70% of the players is abusing it )... ) ( truck configuration adding all possible headlights and high beam spot ( same with horns ) to blind the people infront of them and in the other lanes of traffic ( incoming traffic or in the same way you are going( 2-3 lane way).. )... Not only it irritating but it is frustrating at some point. Also it reduce the players (the abuser ) visibility of my breaking light and turning signal light ( blinkers)( with low beam+ high beam on... ) and this is dangerous ( in crowded area and anywhere else.. ) ( Death Road/C-D or anywhere with +25 players exemple ) this should prevent abuse from the players and help other drivers to not get blind in there mirrors all day every day ( because we all know ( i suppose ) that some drivers love to stick too much closely the back of your truck ( having no spacing/ distance ) . At some point i think it could reduce the lag and fps drop issue for certain players wich could be beneficial to everyones.
My suggestion :
1) having a similar notification as night time driving IF the player is using beam and high beam during day time ( let say : 7:00am up to 19:00pm )
Exemple : *** Turn off your Headlights/Low Beam/High Beam! If you will not disable them,you will be kicked within 30/35/40 seconds! ***
2) Limiting every truck of high beam( numbers ) ( in case of abuse in the numbers, it will be an instakick & register in the players history & if there is multiple abuse it could lead to a ban.. ) ( reference: picture 5 show that i only use 2 high Beam + my normal low beam )
3) Instakick for player that use High Beam ( in High Population area ( let set this at: 30/40+ players ) keep the players tab open or find a way to make sure you are respecting the rules. ( mostly inside city )
4) stoping any High beam call/flash/abuse during day time ( you still can use your low beam at a certain limit to make them flash / or use your horn... )
Already i know some users/players will hate this suggestion.. but maybe few others will like it and maybe get this adopted in the future. In my opinion it would mostly be beneficial for everyones. Sure the suggestion is only an idea quickly done and could be different from what i just said here... any modification can/could apply in the suggestion to make it somewhat possible.

Description of Issue:
holding W ( my forward key ) ( moving forward ) ( i was rolling like less than 5 km/h i have just finish load my gas tank )

i have open the Y key to send a message ( at the gas station luckly )
but when i have sended the message : ( Enter key )
my gas key ( W ) ( for moving forward ) is stuck ( it like i am on the cruise controle but i am not on the cruise control or pressing any key... )
and it make my truck alway keep the pressure on the gas pedal .. even when i am pressing brake ( S key .. for braking ) it is not working ...
i almost destroyed my truck at the exit of a gas station ... ( it was the same thing with A-D left - right turning key ) ...
it is really dangerous..
even on the parking break ( space bar ) my rpm is still hidle at 10 ( 5-10-15-20-25 )

someone who got 12 year old( this is an exemple )( dont take this a much serious as i do ) ... will be like 1.32 not working... setting as High ... If at multiple time the user does that ... is there any action that will be taken agaisnt the user's or the support system itself ?
i have to ask this question and make sure that i ( myself ) understand it perfectly and without any grey zone wich sometime can create a frustration because an support member will modifiy my choice... ( or will see something differently compare to me ... *if that make sense ?... )
is there any plan on consequence on abuse..

i am having a question about this .. and it not urgent ( ahaha ):
Priority: How urgent is your problem?
Low: I'm facing a problem/I've got a question, but it's not needed to answer my ticket in the first place.
Medium: I'd like to get help soon, but everyone who needs fast help can be dealt with before me.
High: I need help as soon as possible
soo the player ( user ) select a choice .. but how do you avoid any form of abuse in the selected choice ?... is there anything that gonna happen to me if : i chose High ... for something that is a low priority ??? ... or the support team will see the ticket in High priority and will change it too low if needed ?
i mean i think there is a small lack of information on what should be High and low : few exemple...

Suggestion Name: Improve the Truckers MP rules ( and stoping ANY kind of double standard / or unclear offence in the rules.)
Suggestion Description: - - -
1) making EVERY'S rules be clear and final, that if someone break it ... will get ban. ( i hate the fact of feedbacking 3 situation at once ( coz actually you can only make 1 feedback at the time ) ( it concerning Trial Game Mod / Game moderator mostly* ).
2) the reason giving by the Trial Game Mod - Game Moderator are unclear / insufficient... and lead to a double standard rules.. ( ill explain it soon.. )
3) if a Trial Game Moderator* - Game Moderator get caught at doing this should be meet and talk ( by upper staff rapidly ) and see with these person if they understand the rule appropriately ( * if a Trial game mod get caught he/she shouldnt take any web report until he/she become a full time Game Moderator to avoid any abuse or misunderstanding of the rules... )(that is a solution temporary to the problem. )
4) Upper staff need to sit together and review everys actual rules and making them clear and with a one way direction and without ANY kind of double standard rules inside the rules itself. ( without any grey zone.. )

Using any kind of tool to change gameplay, including but not limited to using the in-game console, trainers or cheat engine in order to bypass the speeding limiter, to jump hack, no collision hack or anything similar.
( i think everyone(mostly) understand this rule in general ... but if the admin give as reason : ohh it only a ghost mode and just kickable offence * ... when the rules said it : perma ban ... that is a double standard in the rules if you dont make it. ( because some admin/ upper staff will see it that way, some other dont see this in the same way... kickable offence as reference when in fact it a permaban...)
That is the second part of the report where thing get spicy ... (alot ) ... already rules breaking is bad but when you do 3 rule breaking meh.. i dont think you deserve a chance...( or i am a complet idiot that just follow the rules instead of breaking them.. my gameplay is different compare to someone else.. )

2) picture 2 is missing this information that i think was kinda obvious in the replay( that i have pointed out in the feedback.. ).. : Reckless driving / Ramming ( the green* truck behind me top right side mirror... you can easy see the hit.. and the truck front nose moving.. )

3) this report getting me a bit frustrated by the answer from the Trial Game Moderator ... because someone rules breaking and roll on the grass ( more likely racing on the grass... from my point of view but okai... ) it givin you the free ticket out of prison ???? O.o + he pushed someone that he just rammed with and use the CB ( actual Hot Topic) to call : Report ... 274 ... Report Report.. )....

This can include but is not limited to the in-game chat, **CB radio **, horn spamming, our forum, support tickets, feedback tickets, appeals and reports.
§1.4 - Reporting users
The evidence you provide cannot be older than 1 month. Reporting users with evidence older than 1 month can lead to a ban from the reporting system.
Using compilations, montages or anything similar to report is not deemed as applicable evidence as the age cannot be determined unambiguously. An exception is made when the video's only purpose is to be used as a private report compilation.
The evidence you provide us must be available for the length of the ban applied, plus one month.
Any evidence you provide must not be cropped, retouched or blurred in any way. Videos can only be cropped time-wise.
Blocking, Ramming and Wrong way reports should have video evidence. Screenshots do not usually show the full story or the extent of the issue.
Asking for a staff's priority with handling a report is not permitted.
Reporting staff must be done through the feedback system.
Spamming our report system with useless reports, reports using continuous freecam (Cam 0) to record or anything similar can lead to a ban from the report system.

Why should it be added? : Now my favorite part the double standard rule applied by the Trial Game moderator - Game Moderator ... let have two exemple** :
Double standards are unfair. ... A standard is a way of evaluating someone, and a double standard is two-faced. It's like having a rule that applies to some people one way and another way to others. Men getting paid more for the same work than women is a double standard.

it is the same thing with truckersmp rules. ! some admin will ban .. and other will kick only... Why ??? i shouldnt be the one who got to answer ... But i have an idea.... because the rules arent clear enough on what is KICKABLE and BANNABLE offence.. and result in frustration in forum report/ in game report.. and i have to make feedback to prove my point on something that i know if i was doing this, ( after 1 year being on tmp i would be ban ) ..

it can be usefull.., very usefull for certain players / vtc and groups of player. BUT if you use the cb to sayd something like this : Report report ...( number number number ( exemple : 748 )..) report.. ( that is the exemple that should be bannable ( something like 24 hours CB ban ....or something similar) in a close future ) because of the number of young player and unexperience players that use this tool to abuse and make a bad environment for everyone else that use the tool correctly. but i alway keep the cb open coz sometime some player are using it correctly and intelligently.
the Cb isnt the problem... the player that use the cb is the problem.
personaly i never used once the cb... first because i have nothing usefull to say ....( mayby for overtaking but i never did coz i am driving in a way that pepeol know when i overtake safely make the cb somewhat irrelevant )
another little thing is the key binding : X key... ( anything except : q,w,e,r,a,s,d,z,c,v,b,f,g,y,i,o... this key are the main key i use .... )and the X key could be used for something else over the tool that i dont use...
P.S if you use the cb and i hear your music / background ( family, cries, someone screaming ) you should be ban of cb use... use this tool smartly or just dont use it.

Why should it be added?: because if i want/need to feedback a decisions/actions made by an trial game mod / Game Mod / Staff.. etc... at the same time i cant ( *Exemple* ) making a ban appeal ..... ( refer to the imgur picture ) .... or i cant make 2 different feedback... wich i found really annoying.. i think a limit of 2 per persons could be possible... YES it will increase ( by 50% +/- avrg ) the answer time given by the upper staff.... and it normal. But it would be at the same time more adapted for me ( or other users .... ) i just want to throw the idea/suggestion... and i am looking to see if someone else have the same or similar issue that i have currently...

The best for a report is YOUTUBE as priority ... BUT if you upload a replay from your desktop to twitch ( and not a livestream replay****** ( CLIP included since they may endup deleted in the future by twitch depending on the number of view ratio ! ) ( since ONLY uploaded content on twitch will not be deleted by the plateform. )

side note about busy area ... the freking hornspamm rule is never been apply ( since i started to play on TMP ) ... could be something to work around ...

and in last resort if they are still not show up ... reset your economy ( only if they arent showing after follow my previous step )

-1 ... if you cant have a decent pc spec to play the game without glitching/buggin/laggin... that is your problem... and personally i like have the control of my truck by my own.. ( i mean that if i want my bacon on or off it my choice and not a script choice ) .. if you have buy the DLC special transport ( wich offer more light *( LED Light )* to install on your truck front/side/rear part ) is it the same thing as beacon.... ? since they are LED light and are always flashing... soo befor enforcing beacon script.. ( i think it more a problem from the person/group of person.. who askin it.. wich have the real problem ) ..
Really for a sec i was sure the post was a joke... but i seen alot of answer and ill give my 2 cent of salt here.... if really beacon make you lag... then just get a better pc.

Keep out no dmg mod and any sort of hack(restricted mod) out of this game ( would be the easiest way to fix this problem ) ... about the /fix ... we are just adding a leg to the troll to troll even more ... wich lead to have more troll whos are trolling.... leave EU2 with no mod, no hack , no speed hack , no ncz , no /fix ... problem solved !

if you want a load of **********mod/command to abuse then :
1) play singleplayer
2) ask to get a server ( dedicated ) for this purpose ( where the no dmg , ncz , speed hack , /fix are allowed only there )

Gouttfi .. ses sure que si tu joue seulement dans les villes peuplé ( Calais , duisburg ..etc .. ) tu doit t'attendre a voir des troll peut importe le serveur que tu sera ... sa toujours été comme sa.. ( sa reste un jeu ) et ses pas tous le monde qui est mature ou adulte... Cela dit sa veut pas dire que parce que quelqu'un te fonce dessus qu'il est un troll.. sa arrive les accidents/Desynch du jeu... Si on renforce les règles qui son très stric et clair sa pourrait juste augmenter le travaille des admins ( report in game + Forum report ... ) Si tu trouve que tu te fait troller et que sa te dérange tu peut aussi '' Enregistrer '' ( Rec ) le/la/les Trolls en question et les reports. Si tu veut avoir plus de RP possible alors Eu1 ( qui est simulation, qui se raproche plus du roleplay possible.. ) Sinon ta EU 3/5 qui eu n'ont pas de Voiture ( Skoda ) qui limite les joueurs au camion seulement et EU4 qui est NCZ ( non-collision/freeroam ) qui fait que tu te fait pas foncer dessus et tu peut roleplay assez bien sans frustration.
Que proposerai tu comme changement ?? moi perso je pense qu'ils y a assez de serveur avec des avantages et certain avec des inconvénients et que les règlements sont bien adapté pour que sa soit juste et équitable.

Salut,sylvain6217 je suis curieux de savoir si ton probleme persiste ou non ?... si tu peut essayer ceci :
1) assure toi d'avoir TruckersMP Launcher fermé ( ctrl + alt + Delete et tu vas ouvrir ton gestionaire de tache au besoin).
2) click droit sur TruckersMP ( le launcher du jeu ) Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur. ( et tu confirme que oui )
3) Appui sur F1 ( les mise a jour vont apparaitre sur le launcher Euro Truck Simulator 2 , Americain Truck Simulator , System )
4) Appui sur Install Available Updates ( sa peut prendre un certain temp a faire )
Si sa ne marche pas tu as aussi cette solution :

1) click en bas a droite : Download client installer (.zip)
2) click droit sur dossier : launcher_1004 ( extraire tout ici, dépend de ou tu a placer ton download moi je les mit sur mon bureau ) ( ya juste 1 fichier qui vas être extrait )
3) Install TruckersMP ( click droit dessus et éxecuter en tant qu'administrateur )
4) suit les étapes d'installation habituel... ( peut prendre quelque minutes )....
si tu peut me partager ton résulta final après cela, sa serai génial. on attend ta réponse voir si ton problème est résolu
