There are penalties but they are not automatic, people are beign reported and banned, there are tons of reports, thats why it takes time for admins to check them all.
If we get penalty for red ligts and speeding and so on, at some point we will all be banned. -
Can be added only as statistic if possible but i disagree about penalties.

Not sure if i understand, but are u saying that if we get reported, we need to start recording after that? What if people cant record? And whats the point to record if something happened before that?
how a late recording will prove that you did nothing? Not sure how in game reports work, but i think they send warning to admins and they check whats going on at that location. What can be improved is to maybe stack the bans for multiple rules violations, like if u get reported for few different accidents, you shoould get increased ban time like 1 week for each new report or something like that. -
Only official things are allowed in MP with very little exceptions so it won't happen.

Already suggested and i don't see a point. New cargos works fine on any roads, it's the bad drivers that cause problems and they do it even without trailer attached.
Slow speed? Well, we are not playing a racing game and it's how trucks move with heavy loads.-

Not needed as the game now uses TruckersMP name instead of the steam one which could be changed at any time. And yes, there is log where u can see it. You can report later no need to do it instantly, you need to show video anyway so once you stop playing, check the video, see players name/game id, find it in the logs and report. I was a bit confused about why i need to use logs at start but now i think that it is a very good thing. BTW, since we use MP names maybe we don't need the ID at all and be changed to names instead for our reports.

Speed limit is for max speed, he can drive as slow as he wants as long as it's not causing problems. When i drive my DAF with heavier cargo, at some places i cant go above 40 due to not so powerful engine. It's truck, not a racing car. Ignoring simple road rules and MP rules leads to bans, not admins mood as stated above.

You can have flags but its not easy to see them on the move, not a bad idea but it's not needed as we can use profile pic with our country flag.-

The idea itself is not bad, but it will not be good if we get all people at one server. The game will crash for sure as it's not originally made for multiplayer, the fps drop at populated areas will make it unplayable. It's bad enough with current size. They even need to cut the size of EU 2 little bit.

-1 especially when the DLC is not out yet we have no idea what the impact will be. If i need to go trough this way i will go. Its not my fault that players cant use their brains and cause road blocks there because of takeovers that leads into crash or speeding.

Well, there is some kind of rank system and it's based on driver level in game, I see no use of this suggestion. Car driving can be limited to X hours played instead of rank.

Admins warn about lights every time it gets dark, but i like the idea. Should be one time warning or it will turn into spam.
I personaly don't need it because i drive with lights on all the time when i have cargo. -

There is way to check ID via logs as said above, but it will be much easier if we have ID instead of server number.
This way i will be able to just show video and it will contain the needed information in it.-

The idea is good, yesterday my game crashed on the c-d road, when i came back i was under another truck, did not cause big trouble but can be a problem if drivers move faster.
10 seconds is enough it takes few to start the engine and get moving. -
Lights timing
Rules says that we need to turn on lights at 19 but it was before the winter mod which makes the day shorter.
It starts to get dark at 17 and at 18 it's already dark, the problem is that not everyone use the mod or just don't care much about the lights.Lately i often see players without lights which can be a problem on smaller roads.
I don't know how long you will run the mod so if you keep it we will need small change.
What i usggest is to change the time with 1h, instead ot 19h to start the use of lights at 18h.

Nicely done, thanks for this topic.
People realy need to learn few simple rules. I got rammed several times by players who drive too fast, ignoring signs and not giving way or they don't stop on red light in city areas.
When on high way they can drive as fast as they want but should be careful when there are other trucks on the road especialy on turns. -
I still have the authenticating problem, but thanks for your work on solving the issues and happy new year to everyone.

1st of all, this is not a racing game, it's about trucks with cargo.
2nd, if u don't want to crash keep a safe distance.
I drive at 90 as max speed, want to enjoy the ride not to be like maniac on the road.-

Do you mean veteran rank in game? Even if i agree, this will not work, they can use mod to boost level like i did after i lost mine profile and started over, or they can just use profile that is already higher lvl. The better solution is to increase the hours played time that is requiered to join MP it was 2h only when i joined.
90 too slow? You joke right? Do you know that this is not a racing game?
