TruckersMP crashes when I try to Play it

Hi. There is no crash log. The launcher just says "not responding", then I have to close it after a while, when I give up on waiting. I have a game.log though. Here it is. http://pastebin.com/WFJvGsYK -
When I click play, the truckersMP mod says "Not Responding" and crashes after 3 minutes. I've uninstalled the mod and reinstalled it plenty of times. ETS2 and ATS both work in singleplayer, so it's obviously the mod.
