game crashed - fatal error help

am new to managing the forum so I was complicated to put the photo but I could!

Please, try the following:

 

1. Open your Steam;

2. Go to Library and click in Home;

3. Click with the right button in Euro Truck Simulator 2;

4. Click in Play;

5. Select the option Launch with OpenGL (64-bit) and click in Play;

6. Drive a short distance in singleplayer and then, close the game;

7. Restart your computer;

8. Open the TruckersMP Launcher.

 

Let us know if the problem have been solved.

It did not work anymore, the fatal error poster does not appear, but it remains on a black screen and it is closed by task manager says that the game does not respond

> Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
> Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
> Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
> Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
> Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/

Can you upload the game.log.txt file to pastebin and paste the link so we can see what exactly is causing the problem.
This is found in:
C:\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2
