Solution for winter mod?

Hello I have problem with winter mod if I can say that is a ''problem''. First time I've put frosty heavy weather and physics into mod folder snow was falling in game. But second time I've joined a game there is no falling snow, I put also frosty weather into mod but there is no falling snow.

Any solutions?

As far as I know, there's not always falling snow. Sometimes there is, sometimes there isn't, just keep on driving and you'll see
