Jobslist empty

Mod Version: Version 0.1.4 R3
Controllers Used: Xbox 360 wireless controller 
Description of Issue: all of a sudden i cant seem to get many jobs and some cities have no jobs at all in them
How to reproduce: open jobslist 
Screenshots / Videos: None.

 

(this already may be a known bug. if so i apologize but i wasn't sure if it was just me experiencing this or not)

Have you tried the fixes usually tried yet:

Going to garage normally fixes it for me.

Did f7 and enter and that worked.
