permanent id of truckersmp in multiplayer

Hello, watching some videos on YouTube about ets2 multiplayer I thought that they could put a fixed id for each account that has registered for example me, id of the account is 11347, that id is the same within the multiplayer so that people do not escape from the report and once having the id is looking for the profile of that id that had in the online to avoid put / pinfo connection id and leave the info of that person

 

Another example:

 

Id ingame  61 ¿okay? , go a truckersmp or my profile  example https://truckersmp.com/user/xxxxx As seen in the photo, the id within the game is 61 which would be like https://truckersmp.com/user/61


Why should it be added?: Many escape from accident by disconnecting, which is not enough to get the pinfo of the one that hit me or who was at fault, which is based on the video only to make the report because the id would be seeing it in the video to know the profile of that user I expect

That would require the server to have 2.5+ million slots to make sure everyone could connect, additionally new registered users would have ID's like 2500000. Not to mention technical difiiculties and obligations.
