Question on trailer editing

I had a dispute, not so long ago I saw a photo of a van which consisted of 3 trailers. And here is the question: can such types of trailers be made?

They can be made, however they are against the rules of TruckersMP.

Since there are no triple trailers in ETS2 by default, they are not allowed. However triple trailers are in ATS, so you can use them there.
