Suggestion Description: Act as if 'Traffic Offence' is ON, but the only thing it can fine is driving through red lights. Any example images: https://ibb.co/gF2Px4g Why should it be added?: When im driving through a green light in Calais for example, players will always run a red light and hit me. I one time got stuck on top of a traffic light from a player running a red light going over 30MPH. We will not add any automated system that will fine those players, as it's really easy to just add millions of cash through Cheat Engine.
