It would be helpful if you can attach your results from the speed test found here: http://beta.speedtest.net/

 

For the meantime, try this solution by following the steps regarding 'flushing your DNS':
> Press Start or the Windows icon via your desktop task pane
> Search for "cmd"
> Right click the "cmd" icon and select "Run as Administrator"
> Within cmd - Type this command: "ipconfig /flushdns"  (Without any quotation " " marks)
> Wait for this to complete. 
> Relaunch MP

Note: Remember to always launch the TruckersMP launcher with administrator privileges: 
> Right click the launcher

> Properties

> Compatibility

> Tick/check the box saying 'run this program as administrator' 

It seems you have enabled the launcher through your firewall, however, please confirm with me whether or not you have made an exception through your anti-virus software as well.

could you give us some more information? My connection also breaks sometimes and it can be a lot of reasons. Maybe your internet ping is too high, you can check that by clicking tab in game. you can see your internet speed there. or maybe your headlights are not enabled. Enable them when its 19u30 in-game or else youll be kicked within 15 seconds. Or did you try to use the police vehicle? That is also not allowed. You can also check the intigrity of game files in ETS2 properties then click local files then click verify intigrity of game files

Solution 1:

• Clear your PC's temp files with CCleaner, https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download
• Do a dns flush, https://www.wikihow.com/Flush-DNS
• Press CTRL+ALT+DEL keys and open the Task Manager see if there are some updating services running in the background processes (Example: Adobe IPC Broker service,or any form of updater service),
• Disable any unwanted programs you dont want running and hogging internet, https://www.howtogeek.com/74523/how-to-disable-startup-programs-in-windows/
• If using wireless making sure that the router is not placed so that it is next to anything electrical such as a television
• Purchasing a Cat6 Ethernet Cable and so connecting through cable instead of wirelessly
• Clearing the ARP Cache https://techjourney.net/clear-delete-and-refresh-arp-cache-entry/
• Resetting your network adapter https://www.home-network-help.com/netsh-winsock.html

Solution 2:

1. Try turning your router off for 1 minute and then turning it back on and see if you still have connection problems

4. Try re-setting your win-sock cache 

 

Click on windows search program and type "cmd" enter (run cmd as an admin, right click run as admin)

Once you're in, type "netsh winsock reset catalog" enter

Type "netsh int ip reset.log hit" enter

Restart your computer

 

Reset your network adapter, firewall and DHCP.
