Problem with launcher.exe [HELP]

Hello guys, i have problem with ets2 mp. I downloaded and installed the mod correctly but it show's me this error ~ http://prntscr.com/5bnnss~ http://prntscr.com/5bnnpx I play singleplayer without problems but i can't play mp. Somebody help?

I have win 7 ultimate 64 bit... I can't play ets2mp...

every time I click play ets2mp I got blank and crash to desktop

But you don't have this Error. Your Problem is a totally different problem ^^
