Make players turn off their high beam lights when near others

I've noticed that more than half of the players ALWAYS have their high beam headlights on. During the day it is absolutely unnecessary and during the night it is fine but not near others. Players driving trucks install dozens of lights on their vehicle. At night when someone is behind you with their high beams on it is annoying. And not to mention dangerous. These lights make other players turn signals and break lights hard to see. There is absolutely no need to have your high beams on all the time. Something should be done so players have to turn off their high beams when they are on for more than a couple seconds in high populated areas or when near people. (Like how beacons must be turned off when in highly populated areas)

Unfortunately, there are currently no plans to do anything against people who are using high beams to increase their vision during the night. As a matter of fact, adding a system that automatically switches off the high beams could potentially lead to rather dangerous situations. When the sun is shining through the window, one cannot see anything on the screen when it is night time in the game. That means using the high beams enables people to see something and drive properly. 

 

Sorry to tell you that, however, your idea - even though it is really great - is not going to be added. Hopefully, you can understand that. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
