How do i report an admin

so yesterday i got banned for apparently an unsafe overtake i contacted the admin as i was trying to appeal it as i dont agree with him but he treated me like sh!t he didnt care or anything and want to report him ive been through the report system and nothing seems to be happening should i get an email about it or not
