When we join MP we already have some options that can be altered from SP to MP like the speed limit.Reason to add: If this can be done it will be good in two ways. 1st we won't need to change this setting every time when we switch between SP and MP. 2nd it will help to avoid many accidents, some of the events are invisible because there is no AI.
