Suggestion Name: Real Time weather for ets2 & ats

Suggestion Description: As any other simulator like fsx, xplane, pr3pared a future like real time weather should be added as well on ets2 & ats 

Any example images: NONE

Why should it be added?: Will give the player a feeling of more reality as in open real world and the challenge to drive under different weather conditions that last as in real life.

We had synchronized weather before, but people disliked it. Synchronized weather is a prerequisite for us to add this.
