Windows 8 "Windows Smart protected your PC" - Unable to open .exe install file

Mod Version: 0.1.1

Description of Issue: When downloading the installer off the website to upgrade from previous MP version to the latest, windows 8 stops me from opening the .exe. It has never previously stopped me on any other versions when downloading. You then need to click "More Info" before being allowed to run the program.

By clicking "More info" it then takes you to this screen which allows you to run the program.

thats normal for win 8 users, you must see it as false positive 

i will not harm your pc, i have 8,1 and seen those also before

Yeah I understand when creating my own programs. Just wasn't sure if it was something you're aware of. Feel free to move this.
